T4 villa of 64 m2 in a quiet and wooded pedestrian park with heated swimming pool from mid May to mid September, located 1 km from the sea and all shops, at the edge of the forest and cyclabic tracks and 4 km from the golf course and thalassotherapy.

Hébergement conforme

L'hébergement était conforme à l'annonce et à nos attentes. La propreté de l'hébergement laisse à desirer: poils et cheveux dans la douche et derrière la cuvette. L'accueil par la conseirgerie est bonne et efficace ( attention toute fois à l'état d'usure des serviettes...) Un chariot ne serait pas de trop pour transporter les bagages. Attention à l'annonce qui précise la plage et les commerces à 1 km, distance réelle 2,4km de la plage et des commerces, ce qui excentre la résidence. Vélo ou voiture indispensable. La piscine est annoncée comme chauffée, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Point positif le confort et équipement du logement en intérieure et extérieure et les cadeaux de bien venus.

Sejour reposant, maison bien tenue et bien équipée.

Une location bien adaptée pour du repos, piscine accessible. Le seul petit bémol est la situation un peu excentrée par rapport aux plages (2km) et le centre.

Résidence calme

Dans une résidence privative calme et bien entretenue la maison est agréable bien conçue pour les vacances *À savoir Le wifi n’est pas optimal Pas de laverie commune mais la conciergerie propose le service *Désagrément rencontré Dès l’arrivée ,le four ne fonctionnait pas Le problème signalé n’a pas été résolu durant le séjour Point négatif pour notre séjour

Reposant séjour avec petits défauts

On vient de passer deux semaines relaxantes, le terrain est assez calme, mais on doit mentionner quelques points qui nous ennuyaient un peu: La conciergerie ne fonctionne pas. On n’a pas reçu la moindre introduction, ni dans la fonction des lave-linges publics, le pool, location de vélos. La réactivité de la conciergerie est mauvaise. La maison manque de crochets aux murs pour accrocher des serviettes. On manquait aussi quelques endroits pour ranger nos affaires (5 adultes). Le seiche-linge et le parasol étaient endommagés et ce n’était pas simple de les utiliser. La terrasse n’a pas de toit, j’étais obligé d’éponger les meubles chaque matin, et le linge ne peut pas être séchée dehors. On n’avait pas d’internet pendant ces deux semaines, un fait qu’on doit apparemment accepter dans cette région de la France. La commune n’arrivait pas à réparer le réseau pendant plusieurs semaines, et il nous semble que la commune/le département s’en foutent. La piste cyclable à la direction plage n’est pas appropriée pour les enfants jeunes. On est coincé sur une route assez étroite avec une centaine de voitures dont les chauffeurs sont impatients.

Beau séjour

Belle petite maison bien agencée dans une charmante résidence boisée. Endroit calme, grande piscine. Centre ville accessible à pied et en vélo.
