The Space:
Kelsey-Hutchinson offers a spacious and functional open-concept layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and features a large island with four stools, creating a casual and inviting space for dining, conversation, or enjoying a glass of wine. The living area is cozy and welcoming, with ample natural light and a relaxing atmosphere for spending time with family or friends.

Each of the two private bedrooms features a luxurious king bed with premium linens, ensuring restful nights after a day of exploring Highlands. The two spa-inspired bathrooms are designed with elegance in mind, offering walk-in showers, double vanities, and heated floors. Enjoy fluffy towels and complimentary starter amenities for a touch of indulgence.

An entry code will be provided. The Kelsey-Hutchinson apartment is street level.

You are steps away from several hiking trails easily accessed from downtown Highlands.

Getting Around:
Conveniently located on Oak Street, which runs parallel with Main Street. Kelsey Hutchinson provides easy access to the best of Highlands, from local dining and shopping to picturesque hiking trails just minutes away.

Non-Smoking & Pet-Free: For the comfort of all guests, our apartments are strictly non-smoking and do not accommodate pets.

Parking: Parking along Main Street is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additionally, The Lofts on Main offers two reserved spaces on Oak Street, also first-come, first-serve.

Washer & Dyer: full-size in the apartment.

Coffee: There is a drip and Keurig coffee maker.

A 5% administrative/credit card fee will be applied to all cancellations.

Great in town location

Perfect Highlands Location

Beautiful, modern apartment in the heart of the Highlands. You can walk everywhere in town and never have to move your car. Beds are beyond comfortable. Back porch was perfect for relaxing. We lucked out that there was a concert in the park one night that we enjoyed from the back porch. Great for a weekend getaway. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

came up with some clients for nice weekend and had stayed in other locations but this one was fabulous. The spot had awesome vibe to it, clean, very comfy beds, and just loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants. We will for sure be back

The BEST accommodations in Highlands!

The Lofts on Main are the best rentals in Highlands - Location is unbeatable, the bedding is incredible and every unit (yes we had them all rented for family for a wedding) were spotless! Plenty of gathering spaces in the larger units for family and did I mention the incredible bedding? Thank you Sherry - my husband and I will be back to stay ourselves this time!

Perfect Spot for an In-Town Highlands Stay!

The unit was in a great location and tastefully appointed with rustic, mountain-house type features. Everything was clean and modern. Parking was a breeze. The bed sheets and towels were high-end. We loved having all of the charming shops, restaurants and cafes at our fingertips. We've stayed at Old Edwards Inn before, which is great, but having this much space for our family is hard to beat.

Fabulous Wedding Weekend

We loved this “loft”! 2 BR, 2 Bath was perfect for us, 2 couples. Outstanding deck out back, kitchen and amenities were perfect ! And we must mention the heated bathroom floors, WOW ! We were in town for a wedding, and this in town location was perfect, walked everywhere. Highly recommend this location.

Beautiful, centrally located

We absolutely loved our stay at the lofts! It was centrally located across Old Edwards on Main St close to all shops, dining, and recreation. We loved being able to step out and just browse all the shops, grab a bite, etc. The loft was very clean, well decorated, and beds were very comfortable. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom -- never seen that at any private rental! The kitchen was a great size, however would have loved to have some basic kitchen supplies like cooking utensils, baking pans, etc. While there was an iron, there was no iron stand or hangers in the closet. But it didn't impact our stay. Would definitely recommend to others!

Fantastic Highlands lodging

This was the nicest vacation rental we've ever enjoyed across the whole southeast. We walked to shops and restaurants and nightly Kilwins for ice cream, can't beat the location. With lots of restaurants still offering takeout the kitchen had everything we reached for when eating at home. Noise from Main Street and Wolfgang's next door was not an issue, but there was the occasional heavy footstep above when neighbors had their shoes on. Robes and heated floors in the bathrooms were a nice touch! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Spacious 2 bedroom in great location!!

Location was everything in this beautifully decorated and furnished 2-bedroom, 2 bath loft/condo. I stayed w 3 friends in the Kelsey-Hutchinson room for 2 nights. We walked to dinner each night, the grocery for coffee each morning and stayed in the heart of all of the shops.

Weekend stay with my family in the Highlands

This place is amazing! The loft is immaculate the location is even better. We spent most of the weekend walking around and trying the different restaurants in the area. One morning we took a short drive to Dry Falls, which is a must see. The loft has a 5 star hotel feel with the benefits of a two bedroom apartment. 5/5 would recommend.

Perfect Downtown Highlands Condo

Two girlfriends and I had a wonderful trip to the Highlands. The condo was perfectly located downtown, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and hiking. The interior is exactly like the photos - this is a high quality, updated unit with nice fixtures and amenities. Heated bathroom floors!!!! The kitchen was missing a few essentials that I would bring next time (which I hope is very soon!)- Salt & Pepper, cooking spray or oil... I definitely plan on going back to Highlands and staying at Lofts on Main!
