This is a very cozy brand-new 3 (king, queen, 2 queen) bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 8. Rustic furnishings, high thread count linens, fluffy towels and robes, soaking tub in the master suite and outdoor fire pit help make this a truly relaxing stay.
You'll find some sweet details in this open and warm home. Perfect for lounging, inside and out. Out front, you'll find a private entry and two car garage and plenty of parking. Explore downtown Woodland by bike (2 adult bikes available for use) or by foot, or stay in and relax by the fire and watch a movie on one of the three big screen Smart TV’s, WIFI included.

Really Great Place in Woodland, WA

Three nice, well furnished bedrooms (unfortunately we only used one!) Couldn’t ask for a nicer, cleaner, well appointed home to stay in while fishing on the Columbia River! Will definitely stay there again.

Wedding in Woodland

We flew in from CA for a wedding. The home was immaculate, equipped with everything we needed/ wanted. Super simple easy check in and check out. House is gorgeous and spacious. Bedrooms spread out so privacy is not an issue if traveling with multiple families. Make sure you enjoy horseshoe lake within walking distance, it was pretty and nice to cool off in. We lost power for a few hours one of the days and the property manager got right back to me with the estimated restoration time (1/2 the city was out). We LOVED the 2 beach cruisers and fishing poles. My kids are even having custom poles made and shipped to us from the fishing pole manufacturer in town. Other reviews complained about the train and lack of screens. We barely heard the train and the lack of screens were not a problem as we used the AC due to high temps and if it were cooler would’ve left the sliders open, we didn’t see any bugs at all. Only minor thing we would’ve changed is the water pressure throughout the house is fairly low.

Amazing property!

I stayed at this VRBO to prepare for my wedding this weekend, and it was AMAZING! They had coffee and other condiments/ingredients in the pantry, so it was a well stocked house. The bathrooms and bedrooms are so big and sooo comfy. Would absolutely stay again!

Luxury Extras

This home is a new build with brand new furnishings. There were lots of luxury and helpful extra touches. We found everything we needed and more in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The house DOES have A/C, which was not listed in the home details and very welcome because it was hot during our visit. The beds are comfortable and the two back bedrooms are very quiet and have heavy curtains to make them dark at night, which was nice for the light sleepers. The front bedroom with two queens is the only room on the street side of the property and does get more light and road/train noise. We would definitely book here again if we are in the area.

Very good month-long stay

Accommodations were quite comfortable, with the following exceptions: If noise bothers you, trains go through as often as every 20 - 25 minutes even during the middle of the night. This house sits between two very busy streets and when large trucks go by, the place literally shakes, rattles, and rolls. For the most part, I got used to the trains and traffic. The A/C struggled to keep the place cool and during 100+ temps, the indoor temp increased several degrees above the set temperature (I set it to 75). No screens on any doors or windows require you to cool the house down via A/C. I enjoyed the private backyard, comfortable bed, kitchen and supplies, bathrooms, closets, etc. I would stay here again if the need arises.

Wonderful well stocked rental!

We stayed for 4 nights and loved this rental. Kitchen was well stocked, loved the fireplace (and fire pit outside). Even had comfy bathrobes. We would highly recommend this rental!

This home and it’s host was incredible, could not have asked for a better place to stay. There were thoughtful, and even some lifesaving, amenities provided (the maple syrup was a true hero of our weekend). The place was clean and well organized, we will be back!

Amazing property

Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding, as it was close to the wedding venue. We were amazed the moment we walked into the house. Tall ceilings, large open living area and kitchen. All the amenities you need and then some. Commercial sized refrigerator/ freezer. Large bedrooms and bathrooms and the most comfortable beds. Host Heather also accommodated an early check in as we were all coming in from out of town.

Comfortable Rental in Woodland, WA!

I love this property. I booked it last year in 2021 for the first time and went back again this year because it is a great vacation rental. This property is located in downtown Woodland with all the amenities of a small town. Grocery stores are close by and plenty of choices. Since we eat in, we enjoyed all the quality non-stick cookware made available to us for our stay. We also had a great selection of kitchen appliances. It was like cooking at home. So convenient. We were there to visit with our adult daughter who lives in the Portland metro area. It was nice that we had an extra bedroom so she could stay with us one night, too. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet enough for a good night's rest. Heather Finn is the property manager and is very helpful if you need anything during your stay. If Woodland, WA is your destination, try this property. You will not be disappointed.

This is a superb property! Very clean with lots of supplies and pantry items. The neighborhood is run down but not hostile. Easy to get around. Restaurants are within easy driving distance. We would stay again.

Loved the house and the service

I stayed here with my three adult daughters. The house is lovely and well equipped. The manager and owner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, even bringing us flashlights and checking in with us during a brief power outage from a storm. We would stay here again.

Best girls trip location!

This house is amazing! It has LOTS of space, a very well equipped kitchen, and the beds are so comfortable you will think your on a cloud. Even though you are in the middle of town it feels like you are in your own little oasis. We stayed here last year and this year. We like it so much that we already booked our next years trip. We are looking forward to exploring more of the area.

We recently stayed at Heather’s place in Woodland &!we were thrilled with her home!

This home was the most gorgeous and clean place we’ve ever stayed at! It was well- appointed and had cmfortable beds. Everything’s new! Beautifully decorated. Nice large rooms. Lovely back deck with comfy chairs and beautiful landscaping. We’ll stocked pantry with condiments and spices. Comfortable living room with big screen TV. Loved the commercial sized refrigerator and the large island with bar seating in the kitchen. The town is tiny and lacks places to go and restaurants, but that did not affect our stay, because we like to eat in. There are hourly trains that are nearby and they are a bit loud so we used a white noise app on my phone to block it out. We would love to stay there again! Book it!
