The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and vital center of Perugia and one minute walk from the beautiful churches of St. Peter and St. Dominic and 5 minutes from Corso Vannucci.
The apartment consists of a large living room with a modern open kitchen, two large double bedrooms, one with a leather bed, two bathrooms, one with a large shower.
The apartment is on the first floor of a building dating; The restoration was carried out trying to keep as much as possible the old charm, but putting furnishings, accessories and contemporary works of art.

Nice but bedding was not clean
Didn't spend much time here since we were out and about every single day exploring Umbria. Location is walking distance to City center. Although parking is paid everywhere in this area, we did not have any issues leaving the vehicle and not receiving any tickets. The biggest issue we had was the bedding. Either it was poorly washed or not washed at all. All the bedding had a mildewy smell.

Comfortable Central Perugia stay with car parking a challenge
The apartment is in the center of Perugia, easy walking distance to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. It is roomy with good quality appliances. The owner quickly answers email messages. He met us personally and helped with our heavy luggage. Parking near the house is not guaranteed, every time you have to look for a free spot, and you may find one 200 m away only. The route to the house suggested by Google Map did not work for us due to a temporary street closure, we have lost 2 hours circling the city until asked for owner's help.

Owner was great about keeping in touch to confirm reservation. Met us promptly at the property with keys and small tour. I can't say enough good things about this property. Fantastic lodging at a fantastic apartment.
