Kitchen is new with stainless appliances. Commercial ice maker available for use in the garage. The house is very close to the LBI Hotel and other LBI wedding venues. Ideal home to rent for wedding guests! Just added an entertainment bar area in the garage called the “bar-age” with new 2 tap kegerator! This is a must rent place in beautiful Surf City!
