14' x 65’ Spacious Mobil home on a one Acre lot near Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant. Has 3 BR and 2 baths with showers. Garden tub in the Master bath. Master BR has a Queen Bed, and the front BR has a full-size bed. The middle BR has a twin bed and storage room. Living room has a comfortable sleeper couch and rocker with a 42" 4K UHD Smart TV. Kitchen is set up to service up to four people and plates and silverware for up to six people with Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, toaster and Coffee maker. Washer and Dryer included for your convenience. 25' Covered deck for a front porch with a swing, sunshade and a partial view to the river (in the winter) and beautiful Oak trees. Back yard is fenced in for outdoor pets.

Bassmaster Fishing Tournament

Great Location very close to the lake, plenty of room to park your boat. Only problem is that small pieces of insulation was blowing out of the back vent, which needed to be plugged otherwise insulation would be all over the bed and floor when the AC turns on.

Beautiful area

Very peaceful and quit. Mom and Brother was very helpful and friendly. Only got to stay one night on the rental due to the air conditioning stopped working an it was so hot that his lovely mother let us come stay in her new home that no one lives in for now. Her home was very lovely an nice. I loved her lay out an loved talking with her. I love the area and wouldn't mind living in the area and I also believe my dog would have loved it also an I would definitely rent this again.. Thanks so much Wayne an tell your mom I said thanks again for everything she did for us and for loaning her home out for us..

4th of July weekend trip

Great location and very friendly owner. Responsive and helpful. Family lives close by and helped us when we had boat trouble. There was a place to keep our boat just across the street from the river. Not on the river but close enough and still beautiful open land around. Nice part of the Tennessee river close to Lucy's Branch. Larger enough we didn't feel crowded. Front porch gated so our dog could stay close but not inside if we didn't want him in, but they did allow him to come inside. We have a great dog but hard to find property that allows dogs. (Who wants to leave their dog a home? They love the water too :) ) This was my first time to book VBRO on the lake/river and I was very happy with communication and flexibility of the owners. Southern hospitality at its best!

River vacation

This property was clean and spacious. the neighborhood and people were very nice. Beautiful sunset and a slight view of the river. would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good taste of country river living.

I am a retired Navy veteran now living and working in Jacksonville Florida. I grew up in Athens Alabama in the 60's & 70's. I went to school here at Piney Chapel and Lexington High School and then joined the US NAVY in 1980. My mother and brother own the lots beside this lot and have been in the family over 35 years. I visit them 3-4 times a year and do minor maintenance on the home. It will only get better from this point.

Why they chose this property

This property was passed down to me from my mom. I love this area as the river is right there with easy access to the water if you have a boat. The neighbors and neighborhood are nice. Great boating, fishing and swimming in the Tennessee river. You get both river and country living in one.
