Our rates are based on garden/island view, ocean view may be available depending upon your travel dates, the rate will be higher. Please discuss villa placement with your agent prior to booking. Note there is a General Excise Tax (GET) and state-imposed Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) for Hawaii resorts that is charged by the resort upon check out. This fee is approximately $7.00-$20.00 per day depending upon villa size. Please be sure provide your phone number, email or call an agent to confirm availability and rates.
Beautifully equipped two-bedroom, two-bathroom villas with full kitchen AND kitchenette. Rooms can be separated for two families to share, a washer and dryer in the unit.

The resort offers 2 full-service water sports centers located at poolside on the North and South sides of the property. This is based on higher demand weeks and resorts that may be higher than the initial quote. The VRBO calendar does help provide instant availability and estimated price quote. However, because availability and rates vary constantly, the calendar feature and instant quote feature is not always 100% accurate.
The photos are a good representation of what your villa will look like. Layouts may vary. The resort updates and maintains the villas at this resort and your villas is assigned upon check-in.
The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. Guests acknowledge that they will not be eligible for a refund if they are unable to travel. By accepting this rental agreement, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Travel insurance is highly recommended at the time of booking. All vacation rentals are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not subject to discount or refund due to travel interruptions.. Amenities not being available, such as, pools, beach access, local attractions, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause fully removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quotes. Our ad is set to allow us 24 hours to accept or decline your request for accommodation.
Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the on-site management and must be handled through the resort, not Dash Realty Group/DashWeek. Photos are a good representation of the resort and accommodations. Villas are maintained and furnished by the resort management, there may be slight variations in decor due to renovation, etc. Guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Resort renovation, amenity access, and overall disruption to the standard routine at the resort is to be resolved by the guest and the resort directly, interruption of services and changes in amenities and decor are not the responsibility of Dash Realty Group / DashWeek
Note that the images are representative of the resort and accommodations and that a specific view type is not guaranteed unless discussed and noted on the contract at the time of booking. As stated above in our ad all quotes are based on island/resort view. If you are desiring a higher view category, this must be discussed with your agent, and if it is available, the rate will be adjusted accordingly and a notation of the agreed-upon view will be documented in your contract. As with any resort reservation, the exact Villa will be assigned upon check-in. Dash Realty Group/DashWeek does not guarantee Villa placement, this includes floor level, proximity to pools, ocean, elevators, etc.
