Its ideal location in the heart of St Servan means you can park for free in the Place Constantine parking lot.
Intra-Muros, the historic center, can be reached in 10 minutes on foot down St Servan's main street, or along the Bas Sablons harbor.
There's a market every Tuesday and Friday in the halles on the Place de St Servan, 200 m away.
A small oyster market is held every Sunday on Place Bouvet (theater square).
A mini-market and numerous shops are less than a 5-minute walk away in Rue de Ville Pépin.
St Servan is famous for its large shopping street, the Solidor tower and the Cité d'Aleth, the cradle of Saint-Malo.

Beaches and walks :
Protected from the wind and bathed in sunshine, Saint-Servan's beaches and charming coves are ideal for families. On the Bas-Sablons beach, just below the Place du Théâtre, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at the Bac'O Sablons while your children play on the sand below.
We also recommend a stroll along the corniche d'Aleth, the cradle of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral, or a little further afield.

Transportation:
You're just a 10-minute walk from the inner city.
Several bus lines serve Saint-Servan: line 1 (intra-muros/la gare/centre commercial de La Madeleine), line 6 (Intra-Muros/ Quelmer et ses balades des bords de Rance), and line 4 (Rothéneuf/Château-Malo) take you to the other seaside districts of plage du sillon, Paramé and Courtoisville,...
