Welcome to the most beautiful home in Shock Hill! Absolutely gorgeous custom mountain modern home located in the prestigious neighborhood of Shock Hill in Breckenridge, CO. Shock Hill features a gondola stop within walking distance from the home that takes you direct to Peak 7, Peak 8 or down to town. Enjoy the gorgeous views over the Cucumber Gulch Nature Preserve as you ride the gondola to the slopes.

This rental is for the gorgeous two bedroom/two bath suite of this 8,000 sf. custom modern mountain home. Construction was completed in May 2019.

Suite is locked off and is completely separate from the main house. It features its own private entry, beautiful modern kitchen, living room, fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and single car garage with ski and snowboard racks.

Kitchen is a dream with Wolf appliances including Wolf double oven, Wolf range, dishwasher, and microwave. The countertop features all new snowy white Smeg appliances including coffeemaker, mixer, and toaster. There is a Vitamix blender. Kitchen features all the dinnerware, pots/pans and utensils needed to prepare your favorite meals.

Living room features absolute dreamy Restoration Hardware white CLOUD sofa for relaxation after a day skiing, snowboarding or summer hiking. Fireplace and 65" TV in living room.

Dining room features Restoration Hardware dining table and benches.

Master bedroom features beautiful Restoration Hardware Cal King Canopy bed with fresh white linens. 65" TV in master bedroom.
Second bedroom features Restoration Hardware queen bed with fresh white linens. 55" TV in second bedroom .

Private deck features two cool black Loll.com adirondack chairs and table.

The suite features all automated blinds and Control 4 music system. Stackable washer and dryer.

Guests may use the jacuzzi and circle of adirondack chairs in the back meadow of the main house. A gorgeous place to relax on a summer evening or soak in the jacuzzi after a day on the slopes.

Four guest MAXIMUM. This is strictly enforced. Guests violating policy will be immediately vacated from home. No parties, no pets, no smoking.

***Please note there will be ongoing construction of two new custom homes in the neighborhood. As of 2024 the majority of the construction is taking place inside the homes.

Perfect in every way!

The home, design, and layout is stunning & they have thought of everything you could possibly need. We loved being able to walk to the gondola whether it was to head to the lifts or downtown. Highly recommend & we will definitely be booking again!

Shock Hill

Our family enjoyed our stay at Michelle's Shock Hill home. We always love coming to Breck and this home ranks pretty high on our list. It is very well furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. It is a convenient and short walk to the gondola. A special treat was the steam shower which was lovely after a day on the slopes. Michelle had fantastic communication throughout the entire process. She was very generous with check-in and check-out flexibility. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks Michelle for a wonderful visit!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was pristine and in a great location. Just a two-minute walk to the gondola station to go down to the town or up to the Epic Discovery adventure park. The owner was very helpful and responsive with all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Paradise in Breckenridge

I arrived at the property having misplaced the codes to enter. I contacted the owner and within 5 minutes (perhaps less) she had responded. This is an incredible luxury property with a fabulous view. Sheets are linen, beds very comfortable, showers are fabulous with great water pressure. Proximity to the gondola was a bonus. I have yet to stay in a place that could rival this one and I fear no other place will be able to compare.

Beautiful home just minutes from the slopes

We had an amazing family ski trip, in large part due to this incredible vacation home. The photos were what sold us on the house, but they truly don’t do it justice. It’s the perfect spot for a small family. It had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the gondola. Thanks for everything Michelle!

Luxurious Mountain Stay

When we first walked into this property, we felt like we were walking into an RH showroom! No detail was overlooked, making our stay feel like a visit to someone’s home rather than your typical rental experience. The gourmet kitchen, with high end appliances and cook ware, was well stocked and spacious enough for multiple chefs. Also, the owners were extremely responsive to our every need. We highly recommend this property for your next stay in Breck—a luxurious place at a very fair price!

We had a great experience at Michelle’s property. Everything was exactly as described, and the place had everything you could ever want for a ski rental. It was definitely worth every penny! The owner even had a travel crib for my infant to sleep in which made traveling a lot easier.

Small Family Ski Trip

This was a perfect set up for our family of four. This is an apartment/guest quarters for a much larger home. It's a short walk to the Shock Hill Gondola station. This home and entire neighborhood are all almost new high end homes/townhomes. The garage was set up perfectly for storing and getting in and out of your ski gear, and had a heated drying rack for gloves and hats. There is a hot tub to use but it was a little cumbersome to get to because you had to walk to the street to get to the patio from this part of the house, but it was worth the effort after long days of trying to keep up with a teenager on the slopes.

We absolutely loved this property, beautiful decor and location was fantastic. It was just the right size for us and really enjoyed all the updated features. Would highly recommend for adults its furnishings are mostly white and would be afraid to take little ones here.

Superior Experience in Beautiful Home

We stayed at Michelle's beautiful home in Breckenridge with our son for his ride in the Leadville 100 Mountain Bike race. We wanted a quite & convenient location with amenities that would make our stay comfortable for the preparations necessary to be ready for the 100 mile race. Everything exceeded our expectations! What a beautiful new home with high-end amenities in the kitchen that made meals a breese and enjoyable. The bedrooms were very comfortable with attached bathrooms all equipped with fabulous features like multi-head showers, bathtub with the jacuzzi air massagers and more. The setup of our 2-bedroom suite was perfect for a relaxing stay. The suite had electronics that controlled lighting, music in any room, shades, and TV. Relaxing was easy on the comfortable couch or just sitting out on the porch where the view was beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood which was so enjoyable and comforting, but easy access to main street for shopping and eating out. Also a great treat was the Gondola which was in walking distance from the home. The Gondola goes down to Breckenridge town center and also goes up to the base of Peak 8. We were there in August, so great to have the Gondola ride back up after a bike ride when too tired to ride back up the mountain. :-). And a good hint to remember is that you can tell the Gondola crew that you are staying up the mountain so they will let you on close to closing time even though they are trying to get everyone off. All in all a great time that exceeded our many needs and expectations. I highly recommend this location. And very importantly Michelle was always available to answer all our questions and provide advice and recommendations. We hope to be back again next year.

Excellent home to enjoy Breckinridge

Beautiful home located in a beautiful neighborhood. So close to the gondola for easy access up the mountain or to downtown. This high end home has all the bells and whistles for a luxurious vacation.

Perfection!

I cannot say enough great things about this experience. We stayed 7 nights along with another couple and had the most amazing time. The house was modern, clean, warm and cozy, and the appliances and furniture were top of the line. Very short walk to the gondola that takes you directly to Peak 7. If we ever had a question about anything, Michelle would respond promptly and she made herself very available for us at all times. Cannot recommend this place enough!
