The versatile layout has a sleeping area, including a movable divider to separate the sleeping spaces, living area, dining area plus a full size kitchen, full size bath, washer dryer, and 2 walk- in closets. You control your own utilities. What makes this Carriage House special is the quality finishes, top location, being unattached to other living units, and the great large deck with furniture to enjoy the outdoors. plus your own private carport. All utilities, dedicated high-speed internet, cable TV make this your sanctuary to work or play from. Local hosts who take great pride in their property. Please note: While there is a shared neighborhood pool recent and HOA pre-registration rules make it impractical to sign up for guests, unless they are going to be here for many months. If you will be staying that long, reach out to me ahead of time after you have booked and I will attempt to send pool waivers, etc., to pre-arrange a pool pass, but it cannot be guaranteed.
