You will be challenged to find a more charming condo featuring 1,064 square feet of beautifully decorated space accommodating up to 8 people! Updated with tile floors, granite countertops and wooden cabinets throughout, everything you need for an unforgettable vacation is thoughtfully provided for you. There is a master bedroom suite and a guest bedroom suite. The master suite features a cozy king bed and direct access to the master bathroom which is equipped with a large vanity and a tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors. Large glass doors provide a beautiful view, allowing an abundance of natural light into the room and leading directly to the patio outside. Two comfortable queen beds are provided in the guest bedroom, located just inside the entry door, which adjoins the guest bathroom featuring a stand-up shower with corner seat and sliding glass doors.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all stainless-steel appliances and everything needed to prepare scrumptious home cooked meals. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. The dining area to the right of the kitchen has a table and 4 chairs, while a counter height bar with 2 barstools provides additional dining space for a total of 6 to enjoy snacks and meals together. The open floor plan flows right into the living room which features a full-sized sleeper sofa and flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. From there, double glass doors lead to the balcony outside which has an outdoor 4-seat dining table where you can enjoy coffee as you watch the sunrise and think about what adventures the day will hold! For your convenience, a stacked washer and dryer unit is also provided.
When it comes to amenities, Phoenix V offers it all! Looking to swim with the waves? Walk down the private boardwalk to the beach! An outdoor pool offers additional swimming opportunities in the sun, or you can check out the indoor pool. Outside, fun for everyone is available with a basketball court, lighted tennis court and racquet ball courts as well as a Pirate Themed Splash Pad and Water Park! * PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property at the front desk and must be purchased upon arrival. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay up to 30 days. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
