Come enjoy yourself at Majestic 1706 and relax in luxury in the center of Panama City Beach. Whether you are on a romantic get-away or a family vacation this unit will make your vacation that much better. Enjoy yourself on our spacious balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sun rise or sip a cold cocktail while the sun sets, all you have to do is step outside of your bedroom!

This spacious elegant interior set-up with tropical interior decorations creates the immediate feel of vacation making your beach experience even more enjoyable. This beautiful living room kitchen combo offers communion throughout the whole unit with comfortable seating, a large kitchen countertop with a central island, and a 50" flat screen television while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also offers a full mini bar off to the side, a DVD player, and Queen Size pullout couch.

The Master bedroom offers an elegant KING size bed and a large flat screen television. The Master also has its own closet, vanity mirror, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in glass shower, his and her sinks, and personal access to the balcony from the bedroom.

The second bedroom offers a spacious queen size bed, flat screen television, and access to second bathroom.

The third bedroom offers a twin top and full bottom bunk combo with a flat screen television and a DVD player to watch movies. With the queen sleeper sofa bringing the sleeping capacity to 9!

Majestic is located in the center of Panama City Beach and is close to some of our favorite eats such as Dee's Hangout and Fishale Taphouse and Grill. Right down the street the family can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which offers fun to all ages.

The Majestic Beach Resort offers guests stunning new facilities. There are 5 pools! Two outdoors pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool; or, relax inside in one of our two heated indoor pools. Onsite, the Majestic Theatre shows movies every Friday and Saturday night. The onsite Majestic Market is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m., and features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items. Come join us at Majestic 1706 and have the vacation of a lifetime!

Great location’

The condo is in the Majestic it is a great location and you could probably stay here and get by without a vehicle. There are quite a few businesses within walking distance including a Walmart. This is our 2nd year to spend Jan. and Feb. in this condo. The condo could use some refreshing but is pretty nice overall.

Exactly as it sounds

We’ve been coming to the Majestic for 3yrs now. This condo was exactly as listed. The washer and drier are in a separate room which was great!! Usually they’re in the wall in a hallway, but the extra room was nice. The condo was clean and had plenty of storage space for food and clothes. I’d stay in this same condo next year!

Majestic towers

We had black mold in both bathrooms and mold on the shower curtain. The guest shower stayed stopped up. We had to leave the property to wash clothes because the washing machine wasn’t working the whole time. And maintenance was aware of this because it was a sign posted on the washing machine by them. Multiple emails to ECDI with no reply till next to the last day. My 2 grandsons have been sick since day two of vacation. And they are currently still sick. No offer to refund some of my money or anything and our family spent $4300 to stay in this filth. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months dirt in the corners of the baseboards. I will not be staying at Majestic again.

Overall good for a beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was big and spacious. Balcony was perfect! The place could be cleaner. There was mold in places and the place overallNeeded a little more TLC. The beds were loud to sleep on and every sneeze, cough, and every time you turn.... It’s loud . Not comfortable. The bathtub did not work but the two showers did. The security guard was super super rude when I was confused on where to park my car when I stopped for directions. He was extremely rude and talked down to me. The receptionist I talked to on the phone was extremely nice !!!! Overall it’s a good place to sleep at night bc we were rarely in the room.

Great property but could use some deep cleaning

Property and location were fantastic! 17th floor was an amazing view, right off the elevators and trash chute was really close and convenient. Couldn’t tell you were close to the elevators as we never heard a peep from anyone else. The pools were great and plenty of space in them even on Spring Break week. Elevators were efficient and the ease of getting to the beach was wonderful. Just a short boardwalk and you’re there. Drinks at the H20 bar and grill were tasty. The inside of the unit was ok. Some things needing improvement. Could use a deep cleaning/repainting of baseboards and there was a small hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms. The washing machine didn’t work wonderful but did get the job done. The stove takes over 30 min to preheat. But we got around that by putting it on broil then to the temp we wanted. The master bath had mold but the maintenance people came right away and cleaned it up. The hall bathtub stayed clogged the entire time and was nonfunctional by the end of our week. They did come unclog it once when we asked but it still drained super slow and clogged completely in another 2 days. Walking distance to plenty of beach stores and drink places. And about 15 min drive with traffic to Pier Park. Only complaint is that they don’t allow you to park your golf carts (that you can rent) in the parking deck or anywhere else on property. You have to find public parking or take it and leave it at the place you rented it from for the night. But there was adequate parking for everybody at the Majestic in their parking garage. Overall would stay in this unit again but would hope they’ve updated some of their appliances by then. Could be a solid 5 stars with some household maintenance and deep cleaning.

Horribleee and unprofessional Rental Company/host but great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental was very clean and had a great view. The Place itself was great! I struggled with Emerald Coast Destinations a lot unfortunately, who I had to rent through. My host ignored my messages for 4 weeks until having to call the company to inform him to answer me. I am also being ripped off a $300 deposit for damages that was not caused during my stay and it is very much not believable for us smaller and younger girls to have been able to cause that kind of damage to the condo. They had also said that due to us calling police for safety reasons we are fined the $300. That makes no sense that our safety and concerns cost us a $300 DAMAGE deposit. Good to know we can’t feel safe or call emergency services without a $300 deposit being taken. Still am being ignored after over a month later and have not received any of my refundable deposits back which I was supposed to receive within 2 weeks of checking out. highly don’t recommend working with Emerald Coast or at least the guy I had to work with during and after my stay. Majestic Suites however was a great location and I enjoyed my stay through them but wish I had rented a room through a different company

There is nothing like waking up in the morning and walking out on the patio to listen to the waves. The living room furniture looks okay but isn’t very comfortable to sit on which if you are out on the beach all day you might not care. Overall the condo is nice and we are planning on staying in it at later date.

Good and Bad

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at Majestic Towers numerous times. Each time has been mostly pleasant. This time was a little different. First, the good. The condo is well laid out. Love the floorplan. Large Master bedroom area, bathroom, vanity area. Very nice. View outstanding. Island in kitchen nice.Now the bad. Issue with AC. Didn't work at all the first night. Got maintenance to come. Got it on. Old, old unit. Tech indicated it needed to be replaced. Found out temp control would only cool to 70 deg regardless of where you set the thermostat. That was problematic at night. Too hot in the rooms. Ceiling fans helped.Front bedroom has a horrible noise from a pump or machine in the ceiling of the closet making it really unusable at night. Guests need to know about the temp controls before or during booking.TV in main living area did not work. Maintenance notified. Ticket submitted. Nobody came to fix it all week.If those items are corrected this would be an awesome property.

Great location, but terrible communication

My family which included young kids rented this condo for a week. We were very pleased with the location and cleanliness of the condo, however, if you have any problems at all once checking in it will not be taken care of by the rental company. We checked in Saturday and the TV in the living room wasn’t working and the bedroom TVs would not change channels. We emailed the company and called and left a voicemail. No response. We called The following day, Sunday, and the lady we spoke to said she would put in a request for maintenance. They never came. We called the following day and the person we spoke to said they were waiting on the owner to approve a new tv to be installed and it should be approved and installed that day. Again no one came. We called again the following day, Monday, we were told the same thing. They were waiting on approval and should be approved that day. I told them no one even came to see if it could be fixed without replacing. Again no one came. I tried messaging the “owner” on VRBO and no response to my message either. We ended up checking out a week later without anyone coming to see if the TV could be fixed or replacing it. We had small children in our condo all week without a TV. Thankfully it was just the TV messed up and not something we needed for the week like the refrigerator. If something is messed up, they will keep saying they are waiting on the owner and will not replace it, so if you decide to book this room hopefully nothing breaks and needs to be replaced during your stay.

Nice condo

Nice condo, excellent view! Master bed was comfy, island in kitchen was a great feature, all appliances worked well. There was an issue with the master bath shower door and one of the front bedroom closet doors. I contacted property manager on the first day for the shower door and 2nd day for the closet. I got an initial response saying it would be sent to maintenance, but no one ever came to fix the issues and there was no follow up to see if the issue was handled. I was able to McGyver a fix for the shower door, but the closet door was off the tracks and nonfunctional. Maintenance issues happen, but the lack of follow through on the notifications would be a factor I would consider in booking again. Overall though, it is a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

Property needed bulbs changed. Cleaning isn't the best the pullout had not been cleaned debree under the couch. The sliding doors were not cleaned but I bought winded to do that. It was minor.

Renters beware

There was a sewage smell in the twin bunk room coming from the plumbing from the washer. You could hear the pipes gurgling when the upstairs unit flushed the toilet. Then came the smell. This room was unuseable. This room also had a broken bed that took 5 days to fix. The property manager never even responded after 20+ voice and text messages. The property had mold in both bathrooms. Do not rent from Emerald Coast Destinations Inc. We paid for a 3 bdrm and could only use 2 of the bedrooms due to the sewage smell. They never even tried to help or do anything to fix this. These people only care about your money.

Unit was awful

This unit was full of mold all over the place the doors and cabinets were broken the mattress were nasty the bunk beds were broken there were holes in the curtains the balcony furniture was 2 unmatched chairs one was broken. The fridge poured water the entire week I was there and did not make ice. The unit was not clean when we got there food was still all on the floor. The balcony door lock was broken etc I could go own . The property Manger did not respond to me and still has not responded I had to call to get someone to come fix the fridge (which still leaked)the mold, (which you can still see), and some cabinet doors. He did go get us furniture for the balcony . This unit is very out dated and was not worth the money paid . The condominium it's self is great but the unit was awful and I do not recommend staying in it until it has been updated and I don't wish to book through this property management company again as they have neglected to answer any email, text or call us back about how they were going to make things right as we paid almost $4,000 to stay in this unit and that's what we stayed in . Very disappointing 😞
