The house was neat and clean! We had a little problem with the AC but the owners jumped right on it and took care of our needs! Owners were so easy to work with. The place is well worth it!!
We stayed for 3 nights in late November and found the location to be quite convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. Since we were there when the temperature dipped low enout to turn on the heat,
This was a lovely spacious place to stay in New Orleans. Quiet area but close to public transit and many restaurants. Only downside was that the bed was not super comfortable, but it was on-par with most other places. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating and I would consider staying here again!
Location was excellent, information about the area was provided. Host was reachable and the neighborhood was quiet. Will definitely stay again when visiting.
This home was an excellent choice for us and a short walk to the St. Charles streetcar. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking spaces. The rooms are large and kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. The host was easily contacted and assisted me to ensure my suitcase was safely brought inside after the airlines delivered it late. I will be back next year and hopefully rent again. Great home!!
We had a wonderful time, love the fact that we were only 4 blocks for the street car and close to the Garden District. There was a store a block away which was great. The place was clean and had what we needed. Margitta was very responsive. We would defintaly stay there when we go back to NOLA.
We've stayed here every year for the last 3 years for our annual trip to Mardi Gras. It is in an ideal location to catch the St Charles street car and a short drive to most locations. The house is nicely appointed and the managers are very responsive. We will continue to visit.
We had plenty of room to stretch out for the 5 of us. Kitchen was well stocked, clean and location was great for us. Owner was great to accommodate our needs, thank you !

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Inaccurate Description
While there are 3 rooms with beds, two of the rooms are connected without a door in between and you must go through one of those spaces to get to the bathroom. There is zero privacy. While some folks may be ok with that, it should be described in detail in the listing.
Also, one of those beds is so noisy that when the person sleeping rolls over, the noise is so loud as to wake up the person sleeping in the other bed in the space.
WiFi worked in the main living area, but not in the back rooms or upstairs.
Disappointing to say the least.
Our stay in New Orleans was pleasurable due to the ideal location. Couple blocks from the Charles Street car and two bus stops on the same block. A very spacious and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood.
Hosts were great. The location was convenient and house was clean. We were in town for a graduation and the location was convenient to the French Quarter and the College. Super easy to work with, clean, well stocked with household necessities.
Me and a couple coworkers stayed here during a work trip to NOLA. The house was beautifully kept and clean. The lofted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows gave a bright, airy feel. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and we were able to safely keep our car parked right in front of the house for the week we visited. A short walk to the Garden District and an easy-to-find spot for rideshares. We would definitely consider staying here again if we're ever back!
This is a great place to stay when visiting NO. It’s close to the streetcar and walking distance to several restaurants. The house is large enough to comfortably fit a family of 5. It’s close to the French Quarter by streetcar so you can make multiple trips in a day if you like.
My husband and spent several days at this Vrbo with my brother and sister-in-law. The check-in was quick and easy, and the Vrbo was ready for us early, which was lovely! The kitchen was beautifully renovated, and the architecture of the house was really cool (super high ceilings and very spacious!), but other renovations could be done to improve the home (for example, there’s a crack in the wood of the front door, all doors to the outside could use some weather stripping to seal them better, etc.). The neighborhood was centrally located, but in a sort of questionable part of town, and there was only street parking, which concerned us. There were also some bug sightings in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. We also had a communication issue with our host, who got locked out of her VRBO app for a couple days during our stay, preventing her from responding to our messages. There was also no body soap provided, so be sure to bring some! Overall, the place was very clean, and if you don’t have a car or are not super worried about safety, this property could be a great fit!
We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and was only four blocks from St Charles streetcar line, which allowed us to get to the Quarter without driving. We walked to get take out a couple of times too, which was nice. Property manager provided great communication.
