Save your money & camp on the beach!
This condo is completely outdated and cheap. Everything from the 90’s appliances, rock hard mattresses, dollar store decorations, antique lighting, almost non existent air conditioning, TVs with remotes with no batteries, are beyond the need of being replaced. The pictures on VRBO have to be either photoshopped or staged. The tubs didn’t have drains, one bedroom doesn’t even have a ceiling light, the outdoor furniture looks like it was from Fred’s Dollar Store before it closed, the floors have cracks all in them, the ceiling is stained and discolored, the kitchen has bare minimum kitchen utensils…. I could go on and on. I’m not sure if this is a corporately owned condo where it’s just about the money or if it’s someone’s personal condo, but either way it definitely needs some TLC and upgrades. We will never stay at this condo or rent from Panhandle Getaways again. Very disappointed! We have rented all of our condos and houses through VRBO and we have never been let down, this was a 1st! Don’t waste your money, you would be better off camping on the beach!

Mid representation of goods and services with a heavy dose of incompetence and false statements.
I plan to write to the leadership group of Panhandle and share the timeline of events and complete disappointment with our unit and service received. If no suitable arrangement can be reached, I plan to further action.

Location and view was great Condo needed work
We had issues with the hot water in both showers getting really hot while you were in the shower. The condo did not have pillows or blankets for the pull out beds. Microwave did not have a tray and very limited kitchen items. A was delivered to the condo and stayed in a box in one of our rooms the whole week, we were told it would be set up and the other removed but never happened. We were very disappointed in the situation and the shape of the conditions of the condominium.

The sleeper sofa was held together with coat hangers. The queen size bed I slept in was hard as a rock.The plastic patio chairs were broken across the seat and back. The outdoor doormat looked like it was 4 years old. I had to call maintenance to bring 2 light bulbs for lamps . Kitchen large and well-stocked. Nice size bathrooms.

Oceanfront!
We normally rent a house but because of COVID we waited. The only place we find in this location was this condo. I was a bit concerned because there were no reviews. The property is managed by Panhandle Getaways. They were very responsive to our questions and needs. Overall the condo was as I expected. The condo was clean.....and Oceanfront! Our issues were that you could not get either shower at a proper setting to take a comfortable shower. The living area furniture is a bit dated ( but we didn’t spend too much time here. Lastly, as we are non smokers, there was a smokers scent to the unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the beach!
