Plantation Golf Course Pool Home 3/2 - Sleeps 6

NOTE to Travelers....NO PETS ALLOWED !!

Fully furnished, completely renovated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Pool home located on the Plantation Golf Course. This course is a rewarding course in the traditional "Florida" style with variety of water and bunker obstacles, along with challenging fairways lined by mature emerald pine and oak trees native to the region. a "Florida" style golf course.

The screened in private pool & patio has a propane BBQ grill and ample seating at the 6 person dinning table or at the outdoor bar. Relax in the pool side chairs and watch your favorite shows at the TV over the bar.

Pool can he heated for $25 per night or $100 for the week. Please send booking requests if you want pool heat. It will be added to the quote.

This home is located minutes from Fort Island Trail Park Boat Ramp which has access to Crystal River and the Gulf of Mexico perfect for scalloping.

This home is used by the owners on occasion. We will have 1 paper towel rolls, napkins & 2 TP per bathroom for your use. Plenty of spices in cabinet along with salt and pepper.

Crystal River has activities for the whole family, Biking , Hiking, fishing, Kayaking. Wildlife viewing and especially GOLF!!!

Crystal River offers has one of the best scalloping areas in Florida.

Within a short drive, there is a mall with a multiplex movie theater, restaurants and shopping in historic downtown Crystal River, kayaking, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, walking and bike trails, scuba diving, and swimming with the manatees. The house is only a short walk from the Crystal River Archaeological Museum and surrounded by the Crystal River State Park Buffer Reserve. Plan a day trip to any of the nine state parks within 50 miles or work on your back swing at one of the 12 nearby golf courses. You will make memories to last a lifetime here!

Excellent rental

We rented this home for 2 nights and were really impressed with the cleanliness and how well maintained the home and pool were. The host, Tina, provided clear arrival and check-out instructions. She also had several pool floats, 6 pool towels, and bath towels and shower gel there for us. The kitchen was well-stocked and we had everything we needed. Our kids (ages 9, 11, 14) really enjoyed the pool. I would highly recommend this property and I'm so glad we rented it! Thanks, Tina!

Plantation Golf Course Pool Home

My daughters (14 and 16) and I stayed here for four nights. We had the very best time! The house is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being close to all of our excursions. We swam with manatees, became certified mermaids, and went kayaking! After our fun days, we were happy to come back and relax. The pool is beautiful. Communication with our host was excellent. I highly recommend this property, and we would love to go back!

Family vacation

We came to Crystal river to fulfill a lifelong dream of my son’s to see manatees. Not only did Crystal River deliver, but the house was a dream come true for me. The kids were kept occupied by the pool and I got to lounge pool side and relax. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we could ever think of needing. While the hot water too awhile to warm up the luxurious shower accommodations made up for it. Would 100% recommend!

Pool Golf Getaway

Great vacation stay! Poolside and on the golf course was just what we wanted. Beautiful sunsets and wildlife right out our back door. Very quiet friendly neighborhood. Hope to enjoy it again in the future.

Crystal River

This was a great house. Everything updated, new appliances, great outdoor living areas and the pool. It looks out onto a popular golf course. We had never been to this part of Florida before and found lots of things to do. Boat rides, nature preserves, swimming, golfing, restaurants and a couple of outstanding art galleries.

Well appointed and very comfortable

We stayed here for 19 nights while we were house hunting in the area. Simple check in and great communication. Loved the relaxed casual vibe of the property The house was well stocked with basic needs: day one coffee, spices and cleaning supplies. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone in the living areas and lanai. Convenient location to everything Crystal River and right on the Plantation Golf course. Definitely recommend!

Best choice

This was the easiest check in/check out procedure so far. The house was beautifully appointed & exactly as described & photographed. It was located in the best place for us to meet up with other family & head out on boats. Our grandsons enjoyed playing golf; we especially had fun with corn hole & relaxing in the pool. We had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Hoping to book this again next year for our annual family scalloping, springs fun on the waters of Crystal River & the Gulf.

Comfortable house

Convenient location and comfortable house. We misinterpreted listing as 3/3 but it is a 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom. We had close encounters with cockroaches in the bedroom and kitchen and there was no poison spray available in the house. We notified owner who stated that there is pest control service on a regular basis. Hopefully problem can be addressed with pest control company to get it under control.

Clean and pleasant place for a couple's getaway.

The house was ultra clean, communication with Tina was on point, the amenities all worked fine except for the pool temperature which was too low. Tina would not increase it above 85 degrees for us and she only allows 9h of pool heating per day... we were able to ask her to move the hours to the afternoon since that's when we were able to use it. In the end, it feels like we paid the $25 daily pool heating fee for no reason since the water was never warm enough and the heater gets turned off after 9h. Maybe it's best to let renters know in advance that it's heated to 85 degrees (not more) and it's only 9h per day for $25 per day.

Scalloping Vacation

Spent several days in Crystal River for scalloping. Enjoyed the pool and open concept of the home. Home is very well equipped and the remodeling that has been done is wonderful. Loved the large shower in the master bedroom. Kids enjoyed being on the golf course and using the pool.

Felt right at home!

We loved our stay here! The house is nicely updated with a great layout. Pool was nice and it was fun to watch the golfers from the patio. The house was stocked with kitchen essentials and supplies to do laundry. It’s located 15 minutes from the gulf coast beach which was surprisingly nice! I would highly reccomend it!
