Quiet home, central/east location

Looking to get away from the clutter and distractions of every day life? We have a nice, quiet, home base located in a central/east residential neighborhood. Home was recently completely renovated and features custom made cabinets and shelving. Minimalist style with little clutter and lots of space to relax and unwind. The house has high speed fiber optic WiFi perfect for working or doing school remotely. For your binge watching we have a 55" smart tv where you can enjoy your favorite netflix and hulu shows. The bedrooms have a sleep number king bed (firmness adjustable for left and ride sides) and a bamboo queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals.

Conveniently located near a mall, restaurants and a straight shot to downtown or the University. There is a neighborhood park with a playground within walking or short driving distance.

Perfect little house

Great little 2 bedroom house, was clean cool and quiet. Full kitchen and laundry, beds are comfy as is the couch. Location couldnt be better for visiting UofA while staying central to the cities best spots.

Perfect for us

Lovely Casita in a quiet neighborhood

The house is very clean and decorated so nicely. We enjoyed the quietness of the area and a spacious kitchen/living room. The location is central to many areas of interest. I would love to stay again. Thank you.

Vacation getaway

Great house for a visit to Tucson

Debbi was a wonderful host, and the house was very clean and well stocked. The location was convenient for visiting our family. I especially liked the thorough list of amenities in the area. I highly recommend this spot for a visit to Tucson!

Comfort and Convenience

Very comfortable beds and many extras including filtered water, snacks, coffee, chocolates and butter which you don't usually find in a vacation rental. This unit is fully stocked with kitchen equipment/utensils, assorted toiletries, and thick towels as well. Owners are quick to respond to inquiries and check in was a breeze.

Wonderful

We were excited to find this property listing in a nice neighborhood, and were very very pleased with the whole experience. Debbi is a very gracious host and communication could not have been better. The house is charming and very clean, and everything works. We were so pleased to find the house supplied with so many little things that made it seem like home away from home--- bath products, medicine cabinet things, plastic wraps, scissors and tape, little toys. kitchen items-- it made us feel truly welcome. We love this house.

Excellent Home away from Home!

Great bed

We were visiting our daughter and just needed a place to sleep. The king size sleep number bed was wonderful. The house is very clean & not cluttered. The kitchen had everything we needed for our morning coffee. Check in and out went very smoothly!

Perfect for Parks

Our stay was to visit both Saguaro National Parks and this property was perfect! When we come back to visit Tucson, it will be perfect for that trip, as well. Debbi was great to work with!

Comfort of home

Debbie Made this VRBO very comfortable. With lots of extras like shampoo in the shower and dish soap and coffee in the kitchen. Even a little chocolate wafer and a welcome note. There were even a couple of cold beers in the fridge. The best part the beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Thank you Debbie

Cozy home

The photos of this cute bungalo doesn’t do it justice. Located in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from U of A campus this was perfect for parents weekend. The kitchen was stocked with water and a few assorted beverages which was very welcome to a late night arrival. The pots, pans and all the kitchen utensils enabled me to give my son a home cooked meal. No dishwasher but not an issue as this is the only meal we cooked. Too many great restaurants in Tucson to cook at home! The shower was excellent and the sleep number bed is more comfortable than our bed at home. We were pricing sleep number beds as soon as we left. Definately reccomend.
