The Tides

Clean property with much to do. Work out facility was big. Make sure to check in on the main floor to obtain parking pass and fabs to access the property. The beach and ocean are beautiful. Pool is nice but too small of an area to accommodate everyone. Very hard getting chairs at pool unless you get there early.

Definitely going back

The unit was very clean and quite large so it was great with all the baby and toddler stuff we brought on vacation. We were able to move in and not feel overwhelmed with all our stuff. Sandra & Ana were great with the check in process (super easy), in answering any questions I had and they were super helpful and understanding when we had to extend our stay for medical reasons. The Tides has great pools and very easy access to the beach. I will 100000% be going back! The view from the balcony is amazing!!!

This was a very nice place to stay. Accurate description except for when it came to the chairs and umbrella at the beach. They are actually a few buildings down which is very disappointing. Being able to walk right out would be much nicer. The place was clean and had everything you need. Great for a family or group of friends.

The Tides for the last 6 years

We love the Tides, we have rented several times in different condo units and every time it was perfect. Very clean, well equipped for kitchen supplies and beach apparel. Staff is super friendly and we have never had an issue in all the years that we have been. Check in and check out is seamless, Sandra and Ana are Gems, they make this process so painless, organized and always professional. Will be back soon : )

The apartment was fantastic and was exactly what was shown in the listing. The buildings indoor could have been cleaner but the apartment was spotless. Location is fantastic too. The leaser had great communication and was very helpful.

Apartment was what you would expect; well kept, complete for a short vacation and a nice location. Building staff all speak Spanish so if that bothers you be prepared. Building showed an abundance of caution in it’s daily routine. Nits are the cost of parking for a visitor. Furniture was uncomfortable for me at my age. Toaster didn’t work. So in summary, it is as advertised and will suit you well for an affordable ocean view apartment.

The view from the balcony says it all. Loved the little touches which made the unit kid-friendly, like the high chair and floaty. Internet was fast, location of the pool and beach were excellent. Also wonderful to have access to beach chairs and umbrella as part of the rental. We would definitely stay here again. Only downsides had to do with the building itself - There was a lot of logistics to get in and run around between the bldg office to get keys etc (i paid $20 for a second key FOB since we needed more than 1), and the building had signs saying all people must wear masks but that was not enforced as much as we would have liked to stay covid-safe, but that is not the fault of the unit owner. Everything about the rental unit was wonderful.
