2nd Vrbo in Sicily
Initial impression - absolutely breathtaking. Wonderful views, beautiful rooms with balconies, and great onsite amenities. However, a few things need to be attended too. Everyone in my group is in the 70's and above age range. Extra caution has to be used at this site at our age. Stairs to 2nd floor are very steep and narrow. On the outside deck, one of my friends fell twice, landing on his knee the 2nd time, and luckily avoiding serious injury. Didn't see a step on the outside patio. Think perhaps the step should be more visually noticeable as its all the same colored tile. Tile throughout and as it rained when we were there, tile got very slick. We didn't realize that toilet paper could not be flushed until we got to the property. This is the only place out of 5 that we stayed in on Sicily where this occurred. Think it should have been noted on their site. Had a problem with the toaster. Turns out it only has one plug that it can go in. We didn't have hot water after our 2nd day. Turns out we inadvertently turned off the hot water heater on a switch. We could easily have turned it back on if we had known; however, nothing was mentioned and it wasn't noted in the home manual. All in all, I think the lodging was beautiful. I think the owners need to clarify a LOT of things on their vrbo site and their onsite manual. Maybe they're new to this?? If the above items were addressed I would whole heartedly suggest this site as it was really a beautiful spot.

Ein Ort zum Entspannnen
Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen Gegend mit vielen Villen. Es ist eines der letzten an dem Zufahrtsweg, das wir ohne Angelo und Alessandra, die uns in Licata abgeholt haben, vielleicht nicht gefunden hätten. Es steht mit dem Rücken zum Hang auf einem großen Grundstück mit freiem Blick aufs Meer. Die Terasse lädt mit gemütlichen Möbeln zum Verweilen ein - wir haben dort viel Zeit einfach nur mit Lesen verbracht und es uns gut gehen lassen. Auch der Rest des Hauses ist schön und funktional eingerichtet, was insbesondere auch für die Küche gilt. Es sieht aus, als würden die Gastgeber selbst oft und gerne Zeit hier verbringen. Zum kleinen Sandstrand am Fuße des Hangs, der den Garten zum Meer hin begrenzt, muss man nur dem Weg folgen und ist in 1 Minute da - zumindest mit dem Auto ;-) Wir waren faul, der Weg ist steil und auch Mitte Oktober hat die Sonne noch viel Kraft. Angelo und Alessandra sind exzellente Gastgeber - super freundlich und kommunikativ, einfach und schnell zu erreichen und zur Stelle, wenn etwas ist. Wir haben uns einmal von Alessandra bekochen lassen und können das wärmsten Herzens weiterempfehlen - lecker :-) Licata ist nicht weit: Ein ruhiges Städtchen mit allem, was man zum Leben braucht, und alles andere als überlaufen. Italienisch-Kenntnisse sind zwar nicht zwingend, aber in jedem Fall hifreich. Alles in allem: Wir haben uns super erholt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Traumhaft, paradiesisch !
Die Unterkunft, d.h. die Villa steht alleine in eimem ca 3000 qm großen Grundstück. Atemberaubende Aussicht aufs rauschende Meer ! Ein kleiner Strand in 150 m Entfernung steht einem zur“ privaten“ Verfügung. Die Gastgeber sind aussergewöhnliche liebenswerte Menschen und haben uns jede Woche mit sizilianischer Küche verwöhnt ! Rundum eine aussergewöhnliche Urlaubsadresse ! Man könnte noch soviel hinzufügen, zum Beispiel das leckere Olivenöl, das dort im Garten produziert wird ! Note unvergleichbar schön !

Ein sehr schöner Platz!
Das Haus von Angelo und Alessandra ist wunderbar, um mit einer Gruppe von Freunden eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Auf der überdachten Terrasse sieht und hört man das Meer. Entspannen, ein Glas Wein trinken und wohlfühlen!! Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende!

Beste Kombination aus Strand, Ruhe, Natur und Kultur
Wir waren 5 Erwachsene mit unterschiedlichen Interessen (Strand, Kultur, Entspannung, Kochen, Naturwanderungen…) und sind alle auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da das Haus etwas abgeschieden liegt, haben wir uns zentral in Licata getroffen und sie haben uns hingeführt. Perfektes, wunderschönes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Strandempfehlung mit super Sandstrand (Liegen und Schirm) im Nachbarort Mollarella. Kultur in Agrigent (oder weiter weg), Natur direkt vor der Tür, gutes Essen in Licata. Das tolle Sommerwetter Ende Mai hat die gute Laune noch verstärkt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Liebe Alessandra, lieber Angelo. Wir durften wunderbare Tage an einem wunderbaren Ort verbringen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei einem wirklich kleinen technischen Problem ward Ihr sofort vor Ort und habt geholfen. Danke dafür noch einmal. Überhaupt war die Kommunikation mit Euch tadellos. Alles in allem ein traumhafter Ort mit sehr guten Vermietern - für einen traumhaften Urlaub. Danke!

Welchen Eindruck soll man von Fewo-direkt haben? Wenn Fewo-Direkt nicht zur Kenntnis nehmen will oder kann, dass die Reise Coronabedingt nicht angetreten werden konnte, wenn das die bereits 2. Aufforderung ist, die Ferienwohnung zu bewerten - dann kann man wohl nur vermuten, dass kompetentes Personal (Coronabedingt?) - nicht vorhanden ist.

Urlaub am Meer
Das Feh hat eine wirklich tolle ruhige Lage am Hang mit Blick auf das Meer, Meeresrauschen inklusive. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überdachte Terrasse, vorteilhaft bei Sonne und Regen. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegenschutzgaze ausgestattet. Auch der Internetzugang ist ausreichend schnell. Ein schöner flacher Sandstrand ist mit dem Auto in nur ca. 5 Min. erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit (wir hatten einen platten Autoreifen am Feh) und zeitnah erreichbar. Für die Hilfe noch einmal vielen Dank.

Een heel fijn huis
Een heel fijn huis, van veel gemakken voorzien, met een geweldig uitzicht over de Middellandse Zee. Het geluid van de branding is de hele dag te horen. Rond het huis is een prachtig landgoed met olijven- en palmbomen en een soort sparren die 's avonds erg lekker ruiken. De oleanders bloeiden in alle kleuren. Licata ligt op korte afstand zodat boodschappen snel in huis zijn. Kortom: een paradijsje voor mensen die rust en natuur willen.

Description tout à fait en accord avec la réalité et même plus ! Nous voulions passer des vacances tranquilles, nous avons trouvé un lieu qui correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes. Très belle maison, état impeccable, avec vue sur un champ d’oliviers donnant sur la mer. Très très reposant et la vue superbe. Nous avons pu profiter des magnifiques plages sauvages à 100 mètres quasi rien que pour nous vu la tranquillité de l’arrière-saison du mois de septembre. Concernant les propriétaires, suivi bien organisé et tout s’est déroulé comme prévu. Descrizione totalmente in accordo con la realtà ed ancora di più! Volevamo passare delle vacanze tranquille e abbiamo trovato un luogo che corrispondeva assolutamente alle nostre attese. Molto bella casa, stato impeccabile, con vista su un campo di olivi che da sul mare. Molto rilassante e vista bellissima. Abbiamo potuto approfittare delle magnifiche spiagge selvagge a 100 metri quasi tutte per noi visto la tranquillità della fuori stagione del mese di settembre. Per riguarda i proprietari, seguito molto organizzato e tutto si è svolto come previsto. Eccellente contato.

Maison très calme et très confortable, très bien équipée, très propre. L'accueil a été très chaleureux. Le calme est absolu et nous vous conseillons très vivement la cuisine de notre hôtesse : elle cuisine à merveille !! Nous espérons revenir ... !

My wife and I had a very relaxing stay at the property. The facilities were good. Magnificent view
We stayed for three nights but would loved to have stayed longer. Unfortunately we had to get to out next place. The villa was clean and tidy and had just about everything we needed. We didn't travel too far since we loved the ocean view and sat on the patio a good bit of the time. Not all the properties have washing machines but this one did. It would have been nice to have had a toaster available but this would be my only negative comment. DWP
