Four passenger golf cart included. Stunning 10th floor beach views is an understatement! This exquisite residence at Westwinds in the Resort features two bedrooms and two and a half baths. Every detail reflects relaxed elegance, blending the colors of the sea with natural fabrics and travertine flooring throughout.

Westwinds offers a world class resort experience beyond its gated entrance. A sugar white private beach, a sparkling lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, poolside amenities, a fitness center, and garage parking await you.

The living area is furnished with stylish and comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa and a flat panel HDTV/DVD. The fully stocked kitchen features the stainless appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and gadgets necessary to prepare delicious meals for the family. A round glass top table completes the inviting dining area with seating for four guests. There is a half bath off the hallway for guests' use.

With access to the balcony, the master suite features a king bed, a flat panel HDTV/DVD, generous closet space and an adjoining master bathroom. Our guest bedroom offers a king bed, a flat panel HDTV/DVD and an adjoining private bathroom.

This beachfront condo is located on the 10th level at Westwinds with convenience to the elevator. The beach and sparkling blue swimming pool are just downstairs - along with all the amenities of the Resort. There is convenient garage parking and tram service included. Additional parking is available in the building parking lot. WIFI is provided.

The location is perfect and the accommodations are luxurious. Make the most of your vacation time at our unsurpassed vacation spot – 4788 Westwinds on the beach side of the Resort!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Incredible Views

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. It was just as advertised and met all of our needs. Very convenient to the beach and a wonderful pool. Very family friendly. The sound of the waves crashing was peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

The overall Westwind property was very nice. The individual condo was neat and clean. The only negative was the carpet in the bedrooms is old and is in serious need of replacement.

Family Beach Trip

Westwinds is showing its age and needs a good cleaning and updating. Our unit had a view of the sunset which I really loved but could also use some updating. The golf cart was not available which was a real disappointment but I was offered another unit not on the beach. The management company was very prompt with issuing me a refund for the non use of the golf cart. we. Overall we enjoyed our beach vacay with the grandchildren

We could watch the sunset from the balcony, and my wife enjoyed getting some afternoon sun from the balcony as well. Being a condo, we were fairly close to some neighboring units, but the vibe was all good. Of course the beach was great- love the clear water. The kitchen was well equipped with a Keurig coffeemaker, as well as a traditional one. All in all, it wae really enjoyed the unit- it suited us.

Couch in great room and lawn furniture should be cleaned as well

Needs updating..Carpet was old and dirty looking. Rug located in the den was awful. I would not choose to stay at this property in the future.

Lovely condo with the perfect location to everything!

The condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked with kitchen gadgets. The view from the balcony was perfection! The beach is just steps from the pool. Evening activities are so close with the condos own 6 person golf cart. We went to Publix, dinner at Bay Towne Wharf and exploring all on the golf cart. A few things that need updating are the patio furniture and the rug in the living room. The carpet in the bedroom is starting to need replaced. The furniture in the condo was very nice, the beds were very comfortable. We would love to come back to Sandestin, this was our second visit to the same building, the area is just perfect!

Even though room was cleaned and ready by 2:30pm we were unable to get in until 4pm. Home is equipped with water sensor that is extremely sensitive. Had to call the company to turn off beeping and turn water back on three times with no visible water leak.

Our only issues were that the carpet was coming up in the door walkways so the kids would step on exposed nails. The rug in the tv room was curled up and caused us tripping as well. The condo was not stocked very well at all compared to other units which was disappointing. Sheets on the beds were very thin. Also, the golf cart had NO headlights so it was a HUGE SAFETY HAZARD at night. No horn either.

Unacceptable management

We enjoyed the property as a whole; however, our unit was dirty when we arrived at 4:30 p.m. We called management to inquire about the unit not being cleaned and was advised that someone would be back to clean the unit. After driving 6+ hours, we had to "buy time" for approximately 5 hours until the unit was ready after 9:00 p.m. Management offered to waive the cleaning fee, and I suggested also crediting our first night's stay since we didn't have access to the unit until around 9:30 p.m. We left early Saturday morning and informed housekeeping of our early departure so they could get in to have the unit ready for the next guests. I have yet to hear back from management regarding any waiver of fees or credit for our stay.

Our stay this past week was great! Perfect sized condo for our family of 4. Nice and clean condo. Very comfortable bed. Pool was great, beach access was great. We had lunch beach side and it was very tasty. Waitresses on beach were very attentive! Will definitely book again!

Okay at best

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall property itself is great. Nice pool, Tiki Bar is convenient, and the beach is awesome. As for 4788 specifically, it was okay at best. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The pots, pans, and kitchen utensils need to be thrown away. The freezer was not cold enough to keep ice from melting and needs to either be repaired or replaced. Our biggest issue was the golf cart. We paid extra for a unit with a golf cart and it was broken for our entire stay...10 days!!! We were not offered an alternate golf cart or any credit back on what we paid for our room, which was disappointing. I would probably recommend a different room.

Nice

Just a couple of issues, a few of the outlets do not work and the fan button in the living room was also not working. These weren't major issues so we did not bother the property manager. the major issue was with the golf cart, which I read there would be no refund for if it was not working properly. It does need to be fixed, one of the batteries isn't in good shape and needs replaced immediately before it catches fire. It had sparks and we were unable to use it the last 2 days of our stay. Other than those issues the property is really nice, clean and we loved it.
