POOL IS OPEN MARCH 15! Located in the very-desirable Gulch-view area, our condo was finished in December 2019. The building is ultra-modern, secure, has pool and fitness center,grilling area and free parking in-a code-accessed gated garage below. Building entry is code-accessed,also. Excellent alternative to pricy nearby hotels.Five-minute walk to eateries, bars and the Gulch. Less than a mile to Broadway. Uber/Lyft rides to downtown about $6-8.We are very experienced in short-term rental business and are Superhosts. This is a brand NEW condo and that is why we don't currently have reviews. The short term rental permit number is: 2019076678.

Unforeseen circumstances happen so we strongly advise you to purchase trip insurance in case you have flight problems, sickness, or other circumstances!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a 5 minute Uber to Broadway, and very close to The Gulch activities. We wouldnt hesitate to stay in this property on our next Nashville trip.

As advertised!

My wife and I stayed here for our visit to Nashville. The neighborhood was safe and really up and coming. The space was awesome! Huge living space and kitchen, the bed was really comfortable and the balcony was an added bonus to hang out and enjoy drinks before we went out. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic Nashville Location!

We had a fantastic stay at the Apartment, so easy to walk into the Gulch and onto Broadway. We also went by car up to 12 South & Hattie B’s in Melrose (which definitely had a shorter line than the one downtown) Would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville to book here!

Music City getaway

Our stay at the Ilume was everything I expected from the listing. Clean, comfortable, close to Broadway, and in a good neighborhood. Our host Carlos was very attentive and communicated well. I would highly recommend staying at his beautiful condo!

Fabulous condo & location

Cute condo perfect for a couple. Easy walk to downtown and Hillsboro area. Carlos was very responsive & provided us with great information about the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, highly recommend you stay in the Gulch, visit Broadway

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It’s perfect for a couple, beautifully decorated with a modern Nashville theme. The place was spotless and well-maintained. It’s a 30-minute walk to Broadway and an easy Uber ride if you prefer. The location also offers an easy walk to the Gulch. The host was great and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Good location, direct walk to downtown. Not too far to BNA. Condo includes everything you will need for a short stay. No hassles, owner very punctual with all communication. Will stay again.

Nice Condo

The condo was amazing on the inside! It was a great location for everything we wanted to do. The only cons were the crowded pool that we didn’t get to use and noisy neighbors during our stay.

Great for an Extended Weekend!

The apartment was extremely clean and an ideal retreat from the bustle of downtown. Cozy and comfortable. The balcony was a nice feature. The walls are a bit thin so we wore earplugs at night to sleep, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Carlos provided exhaustive info about the property, location, attractions, restaurants, etc. All was exceedingly helpful. Walkable access to the museums/HOFs, the Ryman, Gibson Garage, and, of course, Broadway bars and western boot stores! Lastly, enjoyed a relaxing glass of wine on the balcony after a busy day. EVERYTHING WE EXPECTED & MORE! :)

Our 1st time to Nashville and it was the perfect vacation! The condo was the perfect place for us, great location for walking, and even to Broadway (20-25 min walk). It was quiet at the condo, extremely neat and organized (loved that part), and the suggestions from Carlos were awesome. We packed a lot in, in our 5 night stay there. Thank you so much!
