Our beautiful condos have a special quaint feeling, where your neighbors wave hello, the staff is super friendly and you have private access to the your own beach. With balcony’s as close as you can get to the ocean, the sunset becomes your condominium’s backdrop and the mist of the sea’s splashing waves can be felt as though you were on a ship! The condos are comfortable, clean and spacious. Each condo has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full-size kitchen and a balcony outcropped over the ocean. One of the units is across the courtyard, by the pool (instead of an ocean view). This condo is larger than the others, and fully wheelchair accessible; access to the beach is just steps away. In the courtyard, along with the full-length lap pool, there is a tennis court and multiple cabanas with chairs, to sit around and socialize in the comfort of the shade. The courtyard is decorated with exotic flowers, greenery and fresh fruit trees, embedding you in an oasis of the tropics!
Each condominium is equipped with a television, cable television, a DVD player, and large, comfortable sofa. The kitchen is supplied with all of the amenities you need- refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, toaster-oven & coffee machine. There is a swimming pool with a rinse-off shower, there is private beach access on two sides of the building, both with rinse showers, tennis courts, palapas with table and chairs, private balcony’s in each unit, a public barbeque and plenty of parking.
Local activities include, but are not limited to, mountain biking, surfing, horse-back riding, tennis, swimming, snorkeling, wake boarding, paragliding, golfing, yoga, fishing and more
*There are free yoga classes taught next door, outside with an ocean view

We are located 1/4 mile North of the El Cid Marina and about ten minutes from the Golden Zone of hotels, restaurants and shopping. Old downtown is about 15 minutes away with it's renovated public squares and myriad of restaurants, shopping and art galleries. The beach stretches for miles.
