NEW POLICY EFFECTIVE 6/23/2021!
The Latitude 29 HOA implemented a parking fee beginning January 1. A parking fee of $50 will be added to all bookings. On June 23 the parking policy was amended. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY PER UNIT. ANY UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST’S EXPENSE.

This parking lot level unit #30 is located directly on the Gulf, providing you with all the comforts of home with flat screen televisions, cable internet, and DVD player. A one bedroom, two bath unit features a king sized master bed along with bunk beds and a comfy sleeper sofa.

A furnished kitchen with granite counter top and bar is awaiting you to prepare your snacks or gourmet meals.

You are only steps away from the custom built outdoor roofed charcoal grill area along with the jacuzzi, pool, and kiddie pool. There are also seafood restaurants and grocery stores near by.

From your balcony overlooking the best backyard on the beach you may watch the sunsets and experience the soothing sounds of the Gulf.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Pleasant experience using Mrs. Helen. She sent all information we needed. Unit was mostly as described, however it had been updated since the pictures. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been staying at the Latitude for over 30 years. I myself am 31 and now vacation here once a year with my children. I miss the days where the property was not Airbnbs or VRBO as it was reasonably priced, cleaner and safer. The beach used to be private. For what we paid- there should be more toilet paper provided and a higher quality paper towel. There was not appropriate storage in unit 30 & 0 pantry space. There was marker on the wall in the living room. While I understand the HOA voted to make latitude 29 rentals through third party companies (and after staying twice with Helen Phillips and 3 times with RealJoy I can say without a doubt I prefer a Helen property) I am still hoping one day that a private beach/unit limit will be enforced and the cost will quit skyrocketing.

54th anniversary

We have been staying here for over 30 years. It is calm, relaxing, and a great place to stay. The place seems a little run down since there are no longer onsite managers. We would like a solid wall between the bathrooms rather than a door. We would like tv directions and a clock radio in the bedroom. It would be nice for the refrigerator doors to be reversed. We didn't mind purchacing a battery for the wall clock. Ants and dead grass patches should be fixed. Overall, a great time.

Not our best stay at latitude 29

The room seemed dated with broken items in room including our oven that went out 2 days before we left and couldn’t be repaired until the next monday. There was no offer of resolution or apology for our inconvenience. The on site staff was very unfriendly to many of our guests on multiple occasions. We've stayed at latitude 29 eighteen times in the last 22 years. I have referred many family and friends that have also stayed multiple times over several years. The last 2 times we've stayed have been a bit disappointing. However, the outside space is nice and the beach was beautiful and we enjoyed it with 17 family members staying across 3 different rooms..as we usually book multiple rooms. I think we may take a break and go somewhere new next year.

Well the beach was nice

The condo pictures do not tell the hole story. Very loud bathroom fans, outdated silverware and dishes, dingy bathrooms, tub in the shower did not drain, the fridge door is hinged on the wrong side, the bedding was old, the large mirrors in the living room had permanent marks on them, the internet was very, very slow. The hole place just needs attention. There is no manual for the home on site or online. No instructions on how to work to TV or what they even offer. Management sent someone over to help with the tv with no notice of when they would come by. Therefore we missed them. Tried again with management to have someone give me a quick call on this. No call or response from anyone. The beach and the views were awesome.

The Perfect Place

This is the perfect place to be if you want a quieter beach experience. It is not in the center of all the PCB action, which we loved, but you can drive to it in just a few. The condo was clean and comfortable. The property and pool are very well kept. We are definitely coming back.

Our unit was the cleanest of any units we’ve stayed in at Latitude 29.

We have always loved Latitude 29, but with all the changes of different property managers over Latitude we were never sure what we would be walking into. But renting through Helen Phillips we had a great clean unit! Easy check in& out! Loved our time!

Wonderful experience

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. We loved eating breakfast and looking out those wide glass windows! Breathtaking! You provided everything we needed with some nice little amenities. It was so nice to come straight in with our luggage without having to go up any steps. The lockbox was very easy to use. We would definitely come back!

New favorite get away at Panama City beach

This was exactly what we were looking for. The best view, quiet, away from the crowd, clean and comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was the easiest I have ever experienced. Loved this place and plan to visit again.

Perfect for a quiet, non crowded beach vacation!

My husband and I wanted to take a long weekend trip to the beach, where we would be right on the water, away from the high rises and the crowds. This place is perfect! And the condo, pool and hot tub were in immaculate condition. You can tell the owners take very good care of their place. Will definitely be coming again!

We had a great time. No problems whatsoever. We have been coming to Latitude 29 since about 1980. This trip we talked to some other tenants from Indiana that we remembered from 1988!
