We were born and raised in Connecticut and have enjoyed vacationing on Nantucket since 1987. It's about a 3 1/2 hour drive to the ferry from our home but well worth it!
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property because Nantucket holds a special place in our hearts. We were able to purchase this property only because of an inheritance and we wanted to honor our parents by carrying on the tradition of coming to the island for generations to come.
What makes this property unique
Some of the reasons we chose this particular home was the proximity to town and the beach. The private road and 1-acre zoning makes for a quiet setting. It's a one-story, open-concept, cozy feel. We just love it!
