Don't miss this Rocky Mountain Retreat!We are in the most secluded location in a community of luxury town homes Just one mile up the hill on Vasquez Road from the town of Winter Park itself, you'll have easy access to restaurants, breweries, and parks. 4 miles from the ski resort itself! There are trails right out the back door for mountain biking, hiking, or cross country skiing, and beautiful views everywhere!

Great stay

This is a great home for a weekend ski trip. There is a large kitchen and gathering space as well as plenty of space to sleep and store ski gear. This home advertises a hot tub but it is not available for guests.

Great Family Stay in Winter Park

We took family and grandkids to stay over Christmas and had a great stay. We particularly enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and open kitchen and living areas...plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The two-car garage prevented icing and snow cover on our rentals, which was nice. The house is well furnished and decorated, and the location (just a few minutes from Main St) is convenient yet quiet & private at the end of the street. This is a great choice for a family visit to the Winter Park/Fraser area!

Perfect Base Camp for Winter Fun

The property was accurately described and all parts of the house were more then adequate. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with all you would need to cook about anything. We cooked almost every meal there for 7 days. Tina was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely rent again.

Cozy & Comfortable

This was a perfect place for our ski trip. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep and cook our meals. The view out the back door was amazing, especially with all the snow. Tina was amazing with communication. Very fast to respond to all my questions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone.

Beat the heat getaway

We enjoyed the location with trails accessible right outside the door. My only suggestions would be that the grill could use a thorough cleaning and instructions are needed for the television in the family room.

Family Ski tirp

Great property and very responsive host. Views and location are fantastic. Really appreciated the fact that there were plenty of supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies. It felt like we were at a friend's house. Roomy and cozy at the same time. Critical areas (kitchen, bath and bedrooms) were clean and the host was responsive to some minor cleaning crew issues. Definitely would rent this property again.

Winter Park Ski

Nice , roomy condo. Plenty of space for our group of 6. LOTS of stairs. We got 6-8 inches of snow and had no shovel. It would be nice to have adult water glasses. Listing did state hot tub- which we did not have access to. Overall it is a great condo- with an ideal location for skiing

Family Spring Break 24

The property is very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of toiletries in the restrooms. There is plenty of space for 2 cars in the garage and one in the driveway. Nice location. Beautiful views. We would absolutely stay here again. Suggestions/Information: While bedding is provided, you may want to bring along an extra blanket or two for the beds. Also, I’m not a skier, so I dropped my family off at Cooper Creek each morning and they caught the bus there. It was a super easy pick up/drop off spot, and almost all of the buses stop there! They also have free covered parking if the entire family wants to ride the free bus!

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful views. Kitchen is great and we cooked several meals and hung out with friends. Definitely recommend renting this property if you want to get away for a weekend or week!

First time in Colorado

First, the house is really spacious, has everything you may need in the kitchen area. We did have a little trouble with the Nest thermostat the first night it self adjusted and we were freezing. But overall it is a pretty good house. However, I do not recommend it if you trouble going up and down stairs. Also, if visiting during the winter months, make sure your car is equipped for snow driving as if it snows you will have trouble getting up the mountain, as it is not plowed very often since it is a private road. I would recommend it. I would probably rented again juts need to be better prepared.

Great Family Spot

Great family spot close to town and trails. We stayed about two weeks, so had plenty of time to get to know the property. Living area was set up well and had tons of toys. Our three year old loves that. Second living area off the kitchen was convenient as well. Kitchen was well stocked. We cooked many meals over our stay and used the grill several times. Lots of random kitchen stuff, but they all added up to complete sets. Beds we're comfy and bathrooms well stocked. Would have been nice to have some box fans for the hotter afternoons like many rentals have, but we made it work and it still got plenty cool at night. Overall great stay. We didn't have any issues come up that required reaching out but the owner did make herself available and sent a welcome message on check in day.

Great Experience

Our family stayed at this property while visiting local family. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The property was kid friendly, including toys for their entertainment! Located sufficiently close to Main Street but up on the hill with hiking and biking trails a few feet away. Great to have each room with own bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Children’s toys were enjoyed by our 3 year old granddaughter…will definitely come back!

Amazing Colorado Retreat!

This home was a perfect spot for our week-long stay in Winter Park. We were able to easily work remotely-great space and internet-and enjoy the beautiful outdoors…right out the door. We took daily hikes behind the townhouse. The location is the best! Right in the end if the street and nature in the backyard. Kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. Restaurants and shops close. Tina was great to work with. Hope to get to stay again in the future. Highly recommend this rental.

My husband and I live in Denver with our 2 kids and 2 dogs. We bought our home over 10 years ago and have been so lucky to have a mountain getaway. We love everything about Winter Park and feel we have one of the best locations in the area. We opened our home to others in 2017 as we are in the trenches of kids' sports and activities. We recently took over management in order to connect with our guests and provide top notch service and accessibility. We are here to ensure you have an amazing vacation.
While we still get up to WP to enjoy a weekend getaway, it isn't as much as we'd like. Hopefully, you can enjoy our place as much as we do during the times we are unable to head to the mountains. We love feedback and hope our home is a place you choose to visit time and time again!
