Our spacious two-level house features five bedrooms upstairs, a downstairs bedroom for seniors (with a half bathroom), and plenty of common space for everyone to enjoy. Nestled in a lively neighborhood, our corner house offers peace and quiet, making it a true oasis with sprawling lawn and mature landscaping.

However, if you wish to smoke cigarettes, we ask that you do so outside the house.

While we offer free early check-in and/or late check-out whenever possible, please note that availability may vary depending on the house's readiness. We recommend confirming one day before your arrival. If you arrive early, feel free to drop off your luggage in the hallway and explore nearby attractions like parks or supermarkets. Your cooperation is appreciated as our cleaning team prepares the home for your stay.

TOWELS IN DRYER AND DISHES IN DISHWASHER
Occasionally, you may find towels or dishes in the dryer or dishwasher respectively, as our cleaning contractor may not wait for drying cycles to complete. Rest assured, they are clean and ready for use.
BBQ GRILL
A BBQ grill with a propane tank is provided for your convenience. Should you wish for the BBQ to be cleaned from previous use, a $40 cleaning fee will be applied. Alternatively, you are welcome to clean the BBQ yourself at no additional charge. Please note that propane tank may need a refill. You can bring the empty tank to exchange for a full one ay the nearby Fred Meyer gas station, located just half a mile away at 15995 SW Walker Rd, Beaverton, OR 97006.
PARKING
Please park your vehicles either on the driveway or in front of the house. If you have extra vehicles, we kindly ask that you park them at NW Meadow Drive. However, please avoid parking in front of my neighbor houses or driveway to maintain good relations with them.
Please note that the last row of fruit trees marks the boundary of my backyard property. The gravel road at the backyard belongs to the neighbor across the gravel road and is considered their private property. Therefore, we kindly request that you refrain from parking or walking on their private property. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
