Luxury villa, listed and classified 5 stars by the Porto-Vecchio Tourist Office.
Entirely on one level, air-conditioned, it includes:
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own shower room, sink and toilet (double sinks, hair dryer and straighteners in the two parental suites).
- a 100 M² dining / living room, and a 20mM2 reading area. (127 cm television, with DVD player and TNT Sat for French and foreign channels. Free WiFi, color printer available, Table football
- a fully equipped 25 M² kitchen: toaster, 2 coffee makers (1 "classic" + 1 Nespresso), kettle, juice extractor, induction hob, fridge ... an adjoining cellar with additional fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner ...
- a laundry room: washing machine + dryer, iron, ironing board.
- 1 guest WC + 3 WC in each of the shower rooms.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
Parties and receptions are not authorized, and noise pollution is prohibited after 23.00 out of respect for the neighborhood.

The villa is located 6 minutes from the center of Porto-Vecchio, 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Corsica, near the megalithic site of Araggio, and 15 minutes from Ospedale, it is ideal for a quiet family holiday .
