Located very close to the Grande Plage, just behind the Dune de la Garenne, this apartment is ideal for 5 people. The living room and the kitchen open onto a terrace and its small garden, to the South West. The 2 bedrooms are spacious; one can accommodate up to 3 people and the other a cot. You will have a year-round parking space in the basement.

Très bel appartement bien équipé bien placé au calme

Ns avons passé un excellent séjour tt était parfait sauf le manque de réception et le manque de wigi

Super agence, location bof

De retour de notre semaine à St Gilles, nous avons un sentiment mitigé. Nous avons apprécié l'agence qui s'occupe de ce logement, le ménage était très bien fait, les lits sont assez confortables et les chambres sont spacieuses. La résidence est très bien située, près de la plage mais aussi du centre. Par contre nous avons aussi été déçus par cette location, nous pensions que si près de la plage il y aurait de quoi mettre nos vélos facilement, mais non. Le local à vélos de la résidence est ridiculement petit... La place de parking en bas est pratique, mais du coup nous avons dû y mettre nos vélos, donc plus de place pour la voiture. (Note : les propriétaires y laissent leurs vélos accrochés). Enfin, le manque de WIFI n'est pas rédhibitoire pour nous, mais le réseau 4G ne passe pas du tout (sur 3 opérateurs...), parfois même impossible de téléphoner ou d'envoyer un sms. Dans ces conditions, ne pas proposer d'internet me semble vraiment limite, surtout au prix de la semaine (1000 euros).

un agréable séjour mais dans un appartement froid

Agréable résidence, calme et très bien située (mer proche) et supermarché à 3 minutes en voiture. Dommage que le programmateur de chauffage soit défaillant (piles HS) que le thermostat soit mal réglé , mais l'intervention du plombier le 2eme jour a tout réglé . Merci à Alexandre pour son intervention et pour la prise de contact avec le plombier
