Great Location. Great house for the price it is rented at. Would definitely rent again in the future. The check in and communication was excellent and easy!

Not clean

We checked in and that went well. Very dated. Looking in the bathroom there was hair and not just hair from your head all over. I contacted the property manager and they were to send someone out to clean the bathroom. I asked for them to come when we were there. When we got back from the day they said they already came. There was no light switches in the rooms. All the lights and tv was hooked up with extension cords. Not safe. The TV in the living room worked only part of the time and had only a few local stations. The kids room that had two bunk beds in them the top bunks were dusty and had chips on them. Gross. Cold showers were most days. There was something in our bed that gave us bites. After that we moved to the couch. The last day we were cleaning out the cabinets and found a dead cockroach. The pool was nice the backyard was just not well kept. For the money we spent on this property it was definitely not worth it. Very disappointed and still waiting to hear back from the property manager.

Decent house with a pool

The property was nice, the kids really enjoyed the pool. The house was clean. The water would only stay hot for 1 maybe 2 showers at any point in the day. With a group of 7 we had a lot of cold showers. The WiFi could only support one device, and the cable box in the living room only had 8 channels and wasn’t a smart tv(maybe being a fire stick or roku). A new router might help. Overall we enjoyed the house and pool, the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Great location, nice pool

The house overall is good, plenty of room, Need lots of improvement though, specially the backyard. Backyard is big and beautiful but it hasn’t been taking care of, long weeds everywhere, very sad. Mattresses are not the best either but you can sleep on them. Beside all these my kids really enjoy the vacation, the house is very close to everything, beach is 5 minutes away!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Amazing Days, it was very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the TV but other than that is was seamless . Would return again if in the area!

Pool house vacation

This house is lovely and is SO close to everything you would want to experience in Florida. Literally 3 mins from the beach and seconds from a Walmart and Publix.

This was a most enjoyable week! It was our first time to Largo. We had some great meals in Largo & Clearwater area. It was a relaxing time with friends and fabulous FL sunshine!

Nice place but needs work and strange happenings

Place was nice but truck in the driveway when we pulled up so we turned around and the driver started video taping us!! Very creepy! Found out later he was the inspector. No electricity in master bedroom or bath only one bathroom outlet for 6 girls. Very cooperative Property manager did have it fixed for less than a minute. Some type of short that wasn’t found. Dishwasher was falling out…well stocked and nice backyard. Outside garbage cans were moved to the front every day even with no garbage pick up. Felt like someone had been in the house when we weren’t there.

We enjoyed our stay in Largo. Some of our plans fell through, our friends who were joining us had a heart attack. We were still able to play golf a couple of times. The pool was still very cold. I would rent again.

Everything was perfect. Clean everything you need is here. The pool was amazing. Hosta were incredible. Highly suggest this, Incredible value! Can't wait to come back.

Excellent experience

The house was clean and homey! The host checked in with us, which was great! Nice neighborhood and close to a lot of things. We would definitely stay there again. P.S. the kids said the pool was top notch!

Location is the best part!

Upon arrival, I was given the wrong entrance key. Vacasa was easy to reach, though two other codes were tried and third was a charm. The wifi was not working the first day and a half due to "billing issues". The kitchen has an ant infestation. The pool was dirty upon arrival BUT the pool guy came near the end of our stay to clean it and it was great. The location was the best part as it is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, beaches, Bush Gardens and Adventure Island. The pictures match the home. However, the gas grill appeared out of commission and a small charcoal grill in its place. The master bedroom has a tv but no remotes. Vacasa was informed. Some of the furniture appears fragile and the couches lack comfort. Overall, we give the stay 3 stars.

Great location

I would have loved a washer and dryer to use as we were there so long. It is very close to everything we wanted to see and do. Pool definitely needed cleaned but we enjoyed it a few times. House was cozy and worked very well for us overall.

Amazing house

This place is beautiful, cozy and friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool and yard. We could find everything at kitchen, room and bathroom. We felt at home. We’ll come back next year.

Great location nice owner

We are giving a rating of 3 for the following reasons, had the owner who stays on the property not been as kind and responsive we would have given a rating lower. The house was hard to locate, partly because we were not expecting to have two vehicles parked in the front/side yard. The house was clean on the surface, however, after closer inspection (due to dropping something that went under the couch in the front of the house) we found a fair amount of dirt, chips and so on. The pool was clean, you should expect to find some debris in a pool where there is vegetation nearby. It is not heated but it was very cooling to sit with our feet in after a long day at the beach. The house was in a great location, close to grocery, restaurants and the beach where there is a lovely ice cream shop. The cookware could have been better, they are older, a bit worn and everything stuck to them. We also found one pan, that had been returned to the cupboard with food stuck to it, it was clear that pan had not been properly cleaned. Fridge was clean, had lots of space and a good ice maker, there was only one roll of paper towels but we also could have bought some. The beds were ok, the showers were clean. The issue that we had was that the toilets wouldn’t flush properly and therefore the showers didn’t drain very well either. We contacted the owner, as he left his number for us and he responded immediately and explained that there was part of a “sewer snake” stuck in the pipe. He was able to get it moving again, however it was less than 12 hours before it wouldn’t flush again. Contacted the owner, he came right away and was able to clear it and asked us to “Not flush even toilet paper down”. So for the next day and a half we did not flush toilet paper down and had to get creative with this, not going into details. It was not the most pleasant option with four ladies sharing a house, we are all older so we didn’t flush anything other than TP before the second problem. We checked out on Sunday and the owner assured us that he was going to have a plumber come on Monday and get it fixed, had we known what the owner did, that there was plumbing issues we may have found other accommodations. We loved the area, it was very quiet and if the plumbing is repaired we might stay here again. I booked this through VRBO, however it is managed by Vacasa. They have yet to respond to email regarding the condition of the plumbing and they were very hard to get a hold of.

Property is very dated, communication from management company was terrible, A/C temp controller was locked, somebody living in a tent connected to the house just wandered in to the yard on the second day. Patio door didn’t lock, I had to fix both toilets - wouldn’t recommend

Family Fun

My family and i traveled to Largo for my son 9th birthday. In total it was 8 of us. The house was more than spacious. The yard is immaculate. The house is ideal for all ages and groups. I will most definitely stay again in the future.
