Great 3bd/2 bath lake house on the water on beautiful Lake Guntersville. Perfect for fishing tournaments, vacationers, and duck hunters. Home is located appx. 1/4 mile from boat ramp. Boat dock has electricity. Large deck overlooks large backyard. Nice dock good for fishing, swimming, or hanging out.

Home is a ranch style with sunroom/dining room with sweeping views of the lake. Master bedroom has king size bed with walk out doors to deck with beautiful views of the water. The other two bedrooms are furnished with four twin beds and a trundle. There is a second bathroom located in the hallway. * Notice Travelers agrees to hold harmless the owner of the property for injury, death, or loss of personal property during stay. *

Fishing vacation

The location of this home was perfect for anyone interested in fishing. The home provided lots of beds, privacy and was clean. The outdoor entertainment deck was perfect for watching the sunset , hanging out or coffee in the morning The only thing negative was there was not enough toilet paper, or paper towel supply. The street was quiet and safe

Nice place. Beds were fine. Good water pressure. Only caveat is that the tv had three remotes, how to use?Suggest a bit of how to written down with them.

Lakefront Home

This property had beautiful views of Lake Guntersville. The home was very comfortable and roomy. It was conveniently close to restaurants and shopping centers. The back deck and yard were super nice! Regrettably, the weather was too cold to enjoy being outside! Definitely would recommend this property!

Million dollar view

This was a relaxing and beautiful place to spend the week of Christmas with our family! The home was very accommodating and comfortable, and the waterfront yard is beautiful, enhanced by wildlife such as deer, ducks, and a variety of birds. I highly recommend this home!

My wife and I really enjoyed our five day stay. Ours was a stay to enjoy fishing, so my review is based on that perspective. The home was comfortable and in a great location. It is very near a public boat ramp. It has a useful boat house to dock your boat out of the weather, with power and lighting at the dock. It is on a more protected part of the river with less waves and wake. Access to the main channel is easy. Tony was accommodating of our check in request. After check-in we found a couple of the listed amenities were missing. Incredibly, within minutes Tony had replacements dropped off at our front door. I’ve never had such a friendly, timely response and resolution. The home is nothing fancy and has some quirks in its design and amenities, which can be seen in the listing photos, but they were not a problem for us. We are accustomed to high end properties, but found this one to be very comfortable and enjoyable. When returning to Lake Guntersville we would consider ourselves fortunate to stay at this home again. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we were clearing our calendars to stay a week longer than planned. Sadly, but not unexpectedly, the home was already booked. Thank you, Tony for a wonderful stay.

Relaxing cottage

The house was great with the layout and dock. The beds could use an overhaul as sleeping was very uncomfortable. The grill is cleaner than what was found. The kitchen sink water didn’t ever get hot. Luckily the dishwasher got hot water because the dishes were really clean. A little update would go along way to us renting again. Thanks!

Nice lake house!

Sadly Disappointed

Walking into the house, it smelled musty and moldy. We had to wash the dishes before we could use them. The sheets that were on the bed (king bed) were dirty. They had to be washed before we could go to bed. That mattres has a huge indent on the one side of it. And under the bed was a ton of dirt. There was hair in the bathroom sink. And cob webs throughout the house. The bathroom sink faucet leaked(dripped). The only good part was the garage.

A great cabin by the river.

Wonderfully secluded getaway. Far enough away from everything that if you are just sitting in the cabin at night you can experience true complete silence with few interruptions, but still within 10 minutes of multiple grocery stores and restaurants. The host was awesome, accommodating our last minute reservation with no issues. As noted in other comments, the layout is a little weird, but not a deal breaker. A nice rental to be sure.
