The apartment has a master bedroom, and a second double bedroom, a full bathroom, open-plan kitchen, living-dining room, porch and 60 m2 terrace by the sea.

The house is fully equipped: Complete kitchenware, sheets, towels, beach towels, cutlery, crockery, etc.

The complex has a wonderfully maintained garden next to the beach, which can be accessed directly from it.

It also has a tennis court and padel court.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

Of course, we also have a cot and high chair for the little ones.

The ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Neither Ni Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible water supply restrictions and how they might affect the traveller's stay, as long as these are decreed by the competent authorities and are mandatory.

The accommodation has a parking space that is not numbered. It is subject to random availability that depends on the good behaviour of the other community members. In theory, there should be one parking space per apartment, but some users may introduce more than one vehicle. This inappropriate act by some users means that at some times, especially in high season, there may not be a free space. Both the agency and owner are unrelated to this misuse and do not take responsibility or consider compensation if parking is not available.
