One of our favorite places
Great location and love the terrace (though tough to enjoy in the heat..). Christina and Sandrine are very attentive and easy to work with. WIll definitely be back.

Montreal vacation
This property has a central location for many of the attractions in Montreal. We walked to the cultural district, China town, Old Montreal and other neighborhoods. Great food also within walking distance. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable for 4 adults. Grilled on the roof top deck. Was able to park two cars (had to pay extra) but was well worth it. Would stay again.

The location is perfect for getting around Montreal - walking, public transportation, or uber. The suite (2BR / 2 Bath) was very good - comfortable beds. The decor and appliances are a tad dated, but nothing major. The balcony and especially the rooftop patio were wonderful to enjoy the great weather. Last, but not least, the property manager, Christina, went above and beyond. We were delayed, so she cheerfully let us in at 1130pm, explained the apartment, and things to do in the area. We had a vital FedEx delivery and she personally retrieved it and delivered to our door. The check out process was painless.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Our plane was hugely delayed (2am), but Christine was ready to let us in. She couldn’t be nicer or more helpful—she is a great manager. Def would stay again.

Terrific Apartment in Montreal
This apartment is ideally located within walking distance of "Old Montreal" and excellent local restaurants. The enclosed parking lot was very convenient. Our host communicated with us the day prior to our visit to assure a smooth check in, walked us through the apartment and provided a handwritten map with restaurant recommendations and must see attractions.

Spacious and good location
Property was in good location-easy walk to McGill and Vieux Montreal. Photos are accurate, property was very clean, good quality linens, well equipped kitchen and Christina made check in a breeze. Highlight of the property is the rooftop terrace, so great to have private outdoor space.

Lovely stay
The apartment we stayed in was as listed. It was well appointed and convenient to so much Montreal has to offer. Our weather when we stayed was not ideal but we still got a few hours to enjoy the lovely rooftop deck. Definitely recommend.

Kind and friendly. If two adults and kids guest room would work any adults sleeping on guest bed. It is two full mattresses stacked up very soft very uncomfortable. Not acceptable for the price. Get a nice queen size bed and your place would be great! We stay at a place to be comfortable sleeping two of us were able to accomplish this.

We had a great stay! The property was in a great location. There was parking available under the building for $25 a night. The apartment was a good sized for 4 people. Highly recommend! And I would stay again.

Nice two-bedroom/two bathroom condo with all the amenities. In-suite stairs to the rooftop terrace would be terrific when the weather is warmer. My only suggestion for improvement is to replace the bed in the second bedroom as it is pretty uncomfortable.

Beware the surprise VAT payment when you check in
Lovely place and well located. But hidden within the terms and conditions of VRBO’s rules is that VAT or in Quebec the GST and QST (federal and provincial sales taxes totalling 15%) may be applied to you on top of what you pay. I saw that but hoped the already somewhat pricey cost of my stay might have the VAT already applied within it. But no, we got the nasty surprise as soon as we arrived we owed more. When I tried to confirm the owner actually is incorporated and pays GST and QST (as many are doing it under the table) he was rude and unapologetic, claiming it was clear “everywhere” in the listing I’d be charged more upon arrival. There’s no mention of this extra cost in the listing of course. My fault for not reading all the fine print and proactively emailing the owner to ask if all costs had yet been applied in my full booking fee. This means that one might as well stay in a hotel which at least tell you all the taxes up front clearly. This will be my last VRBO stay ever.
