NOTE: The laundry room is located on the way to the pool area and is share. To use, there is a laundry card, which is right beside the booklet. If you need to put money on the card, you just need to go to the property managers’ offices located in Las Palmas. Green Forest # 20 open from Mon to Fri business hours. Each load costs $ 2, and you’ll have to bring cash

BEACH CLUB Fee
1) Lounge chairs and access to dressing room: $ 25 per person per day (Including children 12 & older)
2) Cabañas: $ 40 EACH PER DAY (includes access to dressing room and pool, towels are provided)
NOTE: Short-Term Guest fee will be applied towards F&B consumption
