House 55 m2-Single storey-Ideal for couples (families / friends) - Closed garden

Very nice bungalow completely renovated in August 2019. Very quiet (residential all year round) surrounded by pine trees, it is located 10 minutes' walk from the beach, ports and shops in the city center.

It is very comfortable, all the equipment is new except the dresser and the dining table:

- 2 bedrooms, 1 parental / 2 bathrooms / 2 WCs, 1 separate / (140 cm beds)
- spacious dining area opening onto a terrace and a large enclosed garden
- living room with comfortable convertible sofa (140cm)
- fully equipped kitchen (combined fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker)
- reversible climate control
- 2 terraces (exposed east-west)
- large enclosed garden, outdoor shower and large enclosed shed (for bikes, paddle, windsurfers, electric barbecue ...)
- private parking, closed

Very bright accommodation, bay windows and French windows on all sides (electric shutters).

The beach is 600 meters on foot (at the foot of the Ponton), the city center is 900 meters on foot (to go to the tourist office for example and to the heart of the shops).

Leucate La Franqui train station is located 15 km from Port Leucate.
A shuttle system will allow you to reach La Franqui, Leucate Village, Leucate Plage and Port Leucate where the accommodation is located.
A stop of this line is 5 minutes walk from the house.

A trusted person and Concierge by profession welcomes you, gives you the keys and all the essential elements for the smooth running of your stay. She also explains how the various equipment in the house works. It ensures the cleanliness of the accommodation between each rental.

As such, a welcome and cleaning service is invoiced at € 50 including tax. She understands :
- entry / exit of the accommodation (reception, inventory / inventory),
- cleaning costs
- the start of your stay
Linen (sheets / pillowcases) is not included. If necessary, the rental of linen (sheets / pillowcases) is possible via our service provider (€ 9 incl. Tax per bed or € 27 incl. Tax for the entire accommodation (2 beds and 1 sofa bed). Please inform us before your arrival.

La maison de vacances idéale

Nous avons séjourné 17 jours ( sept 2022 ) dans cette petite maison qui est très fonctionnelle et bien située. Proche des commerces et de la plage . Nous étions 4 adultes et cette location dispose de 2 chambres avec 2 SDB . La maison est très fonctionnelle, très bien agencée. Un petit espace terrasse très agréable pour les repas ou un moment de relaxation. Et il y a aussi un emplacement pour un véhicule . Nous remercions aussi « CAROLINE » pour son accueil et sa disponibilité et son écoute pour que notre séjour soit agréable.Merci. Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette petite maison propre et fonctionnelle. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Caroline. L’emplacement est idéal pour aller à la plage comme en ville (moins de 10min à pied). Nous avons grandement apprécié la climatisation en ces temps de canicule! Grande terrasse agréable.

Maison très bien entretenue et très bien aménagée, avec tous l'électroménager nécessaire malgré sa surface moyenne, 50 m. Nous avons apprécié la place pour la voiture et surtout la cour et le jardin avec les lauriers et ses deux terrasses. 2ème salle d'eau petite.

Location au top. Tout est parfait. C'est une location de grande qualité avec un équipement à la pointe du modernisme. Tout est neuf et fonctionnel. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires et la gérante. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir plus longtemps si possible. Merci beaucoup.
