Cozy apartment - nice hypercentre - 5 min from the sea - 3 bedrooms - 7 sleeps

In a quiet street in the hypercentre of Nice (Avenue Jean Médecin, Place Masséna, Old Nice, sea 500 m ...), we rent our apartment, in a typical Nice building, for 7 people during our summer holidays . It is therefore fully equipped (TV, internet, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine ...) and consists of 3 bedrooms with queen size beds (160 cm wide), two of which are on the mezzanine (the ceiling height is 3.5 m). The bathroom includes a bathtub, a washbasin cabinet, a towel dryer, a shower and a toilet. A second separate WC with a toilet area (basin) is accessible from the entrance hall. The apartment is air conditioned and bi-oriented. Ideal for holidays and visiting the region because you can do everything on foot or by public transport (Station: Monaco, Italy, Cannes, train of wonders ...; Tram lines 1 & 2 ...), many shops in the adjacent streets (Monoprix ...)
