The downstairs suite, while not ADA compliant, has wider doors, an elevator, and features a bathtub equipped with grab bars and a roll-under sink. This is the perfect space to host family events or get-togethers with old friends.

Head to downtown Folly for restaurants, shopping, and equipment rentals for surfing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Speaking of surfing, you can get lessons at Sol Surfers Surf Camp, LLC or Shaka Surf School, both under two miles away. Folly Beach also has lots of great seasonal events and festivals like Folly Gras, the Sea and Sand Festival, and the Folly Beach Jazz Festival. Head out to sea to fish with Sea Breeze Charters, three and a half miles away, for Sailfish, Dolphin, Tuna, White Marlin, Wahoo, and Blue Marlin.
