Perfect Spring break getaway!

This was a great rental for our family and friends. The house was fully stocked. The grandchildren loved the pool. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Would stay here again!

This property was just perfect for our stay in Scottsdale. Very convenient location - close to everything including Old Town Scottsdale. House was immaculate with a wonderful kitchen and backyard area with pool. We loved everything!

This house is great. The best part is everything is stocked. Garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, etc. I’ve rented multiple VRBO properties and this by far was stocked the most with all essentials for your entire stay. The house is also beautiful.

Nice landing spot for a girls weekend

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It is a quick 10-15 min drive to old town for food and shopping. We even took a day trip to Sedona- only about 2 hours away. It was perfect for our weekend.

We had a great weekend at this property! Heather was very accommodating and the house was exactly as it looked in the photos. The pool was amazing & we loved that there were full length mirrors & lots of outlets in each bedroom.

Great location with great features

This property ended up being perfect for my friends and family. We came to celebrate my bachelorette party and it was perfect. The backyard was spacious with a deep clean pool, cute outdoor lights, lounge chairs for us all to relax and an outdoor table to have lunch or dinners together! I loved how open and spacious the home was .. and the beds were huge! I’m pretty sure my bed was a California King! It was so easy to come and go through the front door, it was so convenient and secure! 10 min drive away from old town, mill Ave and top golf! Definitely recommend!

Great set up for a group

Myself with 3 friends stayed here at this house for 4 nights. It was truly a great setup as we all had our own rooms. It was nice hanging by the pool outdoors. Everything was very clear as far as where everything was, check-in, rules etc. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfy set up with a group while visiting the Scottsdale area. Very nice vacation home

The owner of the property was great. Quick response to every question we had. The decor of the house was very nice. Our kids loved the pool and the yard games. I would recommend this for the family. I only gave 4 stars for the neighborhood. It wasn't horrible or unpleasant, but it wasn't the greatest neighborhood either. With that being said it was still quiet.

Great Place

The house looks very unassuming from the outside. Despite seeing online pictures, we were very pleasantly surprised as we walked in. It’s newly remodeled and the owner’s choice of furnishings are great. The house is very clean and comfortable. When we come to Scottsdale, we usually stay at high-end hotels, but this was a great alternative. The pool was clean, the showers had great pressure, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well and we had no issues cooking. We had 4 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of space for all. I would only recommend black out curtains for each of the bedrooms, but it didn’t bother us as we’re early risers. The location is very convenient and mins away from Old Town. Heather was very responsive to any questions we had and even dropped off a new blanket when we requested it. I would definitely stay again!

Great location and house

This was the perfect house for our family while we were in Phoenix for Thanksgiving week. It had the right amount of space and amenities we needed as well as a heated pool that we used everyday we were there. The owner, Heather, answered my questions and request on a very timely manner. I highly recommend this property.

Our recently remodeled backyard includes a large pool (with heating as an available option in the winter) and yard area to enjoy the yard games that come with renting this property.

If you feel like staying indoors, the property is stocked with board games for all ages, foosball table, and large indoor bar. The living room has enough seating for all your guests to comfortably enjoy a movie or sports game on the large flat screen television.

Whether you prefer grilling poolside or baking in the kitchen, the property comes with all your cooking essentials. Feel free to reach out prior to check in if there is a specific kitchen item you would like available during your stay.

We get many compliments on our comfy beds and soft sheets each bedroom comes stocked with. Spacious bedrooms with large closets allow guests to settle in during their stay.
