Welcome to the Villas at BCC. As a guest of the Villa, you will have access to the Bloomington Country Club, with all the benefits of a Private CLUB Membership including access to the Club Swimming Pool and Hot Tub - Pool hours are - MON-FRI: 9am - 9pm; SAT-SUN: 8am-9pm. You may also enjoy the clubhouse, restaurant and bar. Amazing Golf and tennis are pay as you play, There are free pickleball courts open to the public across the street available on a first come first served basis.

The newly renovated Bloomington Country Club is now even better with nightly rentals at the brand new Bloomington Villas! The Villas has been professionally decorated and is fully stocked with all the comforts of home and much more! Spread out in this ground level 2200 sq foot, beautiful spacious St. George, Utah Vacation Rental Home. Featuring 2 King Master Ensuites with large walk-in closets. The 3rd bedroom features a full over full bunk with pull out trundle. All mattress are top of the line to give you the best night rest. This Villa comes equipped with cable tv for family entertainment! This Villa is located on the main level.

You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in this luxury kitchen. Featuring Stainless steel appliances as well as a side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and separate gas stove top. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, crock pot, blender, pancake grill, waffle maker, toaster, spices, and a mixing bowls to enjoy baking. Kitchen area will seat 10. The living room has comfortable couches and a chair, and a large flat screen TV. You will also enjoy the large patio overlooking the Bloomington Country Club and Pool. The patio features outdoor furniture to enjoy the warm desert breeze.

With access to the country club's 18 hole championship golf course, resort style swimming pool, championship tennis courts, and full-service restaurant and bar, you'll discover why the new Bloomington Villas are the best destination resort in St. George.

The 18 Hole Golf Course is located between the stunning Red Cliffs of Bloomington and the Virgin River. You can't beat the challenging serenity of playing 18 holes in gorgeous weather. This property is exactly as advertised. Excellent location with a wonderful view of the golf course and close to the pool area. Very clean and spacious, stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. We would recommend this property to all.

This was a very nice place. Clean and well stocked. However the vent in the hallway fell down from the ceiling and we called property management and let’s say he was less than pleasant to work with. It got fixed, but not after him asking us to donor even though we didn’t have any means to do it. 12’ ceiling and no ladder. We have stayed in so many condos around St. George area and this was one I will not be staying at again. Although it is beautiful, it is loud with neighbors upstairs, no where to go outside and just sit and enjoy. Sidewalk everywhere no grass to enjoy. No privacy AT ALL!!

Quiet location, easy access to all things St George, fun (uncrowded!) pool
The property manager was very responsive when we had issues with an unusually noisy upstairs neighbor, which we appreciated. All of the comms were very clear re check in and check out procedures. I prefer this location to the pure chaos at some of the accommodations out in Santa Clara/Ivins; it was not crowded (even on a holiday weekend) and the pool/hot tub was very clean and never jam packed with people. The unit itself was incredibly clean and the beds were super comfy. It was a great size and value for our family of 5, especially given the great kitchen that we used to prepare almost all of our meals. We will be back!

Our family loves this property!
This was our 2nd stay at Bloomington Villas and will 100% be back! These properties are always clean, beautifully styled and spacious. Also, the beds are all so comfortable. We all rave about what great sleep we got the night before. The villas are also situated in a really great neighborhood. This is the only place we will stay when in St. George.

We so enjoy staying here.
This is our third time staying in the Villas. We enjoy golfing and it's not that busy so easy to book a tee time. Rooms in the Villa are spacious and very clean. We will come here again.

We would certainly stay there again, but for a longer time to enjoy the pool and the large condo. En-suite bathrooms were very handy and neighbors were quiet.
