Boat slip included (Maximum 25' LOA, no pontoons), heated swimming pool, plus a pier for swimming or fishing. Walking distance to town and only minutes to Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs or Boyne USA. Over 15 championship golf courses within 25 miles of our condo.

Some of the finest golf in Michigan. Only 7 miles to Boyne Mountain/Avalanche Water Park USA. Lake Charlevoix is a warm large, inland lake. From our dock, you can navigate through Lake Charlevoix to Round Lake and directly out onto Lake Michigan.

This is unit is perfect for a great vacation for summer sports on Lake Charlevoix. And for winter sports at the many nearby ski areas and snowmobiling trails. Enjoy the warm water of Lake Charlevoix in the summer, or our beautiful heated swimming pool overlooking the lake.

The fall colors are the best with the rolling hills of Northern Michigan. Small town charm, and an abundance of great restaurants. Boyne City is a hidden gem ready to be discovered. The Landings condominium community is Family Friendly.

Nice stay at Boyne city

Our family stayed at the condo for a ski trip back in January. The location is good - close to restaurants and the grocery store just cross the street. The drive to Boyne mountain is about 10 minutes. The condo is in the good shape. Pretty much all you need for a short stay. It's probably much nicer in the summer

Wonderful Vacation!

The condo was clean, comfortable, well decorated, and had all that we needed. The location was great and we loved having the slip for our boat! We enjoyed the many restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, and grocery store in walking distance. Boyne City is a great community! We were able to attend the last "stroll the streets" event for the season where there was live music throughout the downtown area and the farmer's market a couple times a week. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Lake Charlevoix Condo Rental

This was our first time to stay at The Landings. The condo we rented was tastefully decorated with a beach theme and many amenities were provided; see listing. All in all we found it to be a very nice condo and a great home base for visiting nearby towns of Charlevoix, Petoskey and of course Boyne City. Our son and daughter-in law even walked the Sky Bridge at Boyne Mountain! I would highly recommend The Landings as a great place to stay on beautiful Lake Charlevoix.

Two weeks in Boyne City

Loved the condo at the Landings! Was able to use their marina to keep 25ft boat rental which made it especially nice. Also liked the pool and how beautifully maintenance kept all the flowers and shrubs. The condo was perfect for my wife and i and 2 adult children.

What an amazing place just to quote my 4 year old granddaughter. We stayed there for 5 nights to attended my daughter's wedding there in Boyne city .the condo was immaculate had everything we needed for our stay .the view of the lake is gorgeous especially when the sunset. Will stay there again when we are in town .

Boyne City The Landings

Condo was very clean and stocked with everything you could want for an upnorth lake vacation. We were pleasantly surprised they included a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Beautiful lakefront location. Kids loved the water trampoline. First floor made it very accessible for kids! We want to stay here again!!

Winter ski trip in Boyne City

We had a great time at this condo for a family getaway skiing nearby Boyne Mtn. The condo was as advertised; very clean, well appointed and great location on Lk Charlevoix within walking distance to Boyne City. The grocery store across the street was a huge convenience. Communication with the owners was excellent. This was our second stay at a condo in this association and we have enjoyed each stay.

Ski weekend

We had an excellent stay. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely view of the lake each morning. It was a 40 minute drive to boyne highlands for skiing but only 10 minutes to boyne mountain. The owner responded immediately to any questions we had. We had a bit of an issue with the entry door lock keypad sticking but the owner is now aware. We would absolutely rent this condo again

Halfway to St. Patrick's Day

Had a family and friends gathering in Petoskey. Location was perfect for four of us to stay. Clean inside and out. Well light and entry is ground level. Lock box so check in is seamless. People were friendly and willing to help with us getting around the area with our pedal bikes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Very clean, lovely view and great amenities. We had a nice time at the condo. The host provided a hook up for my daughters jet ski. Check in didn’t go smoothly. The code didn’t work. Contacted the host and he said he sent me an email with a different code, but I didn’t receive the email. He gave it to us on the phone and we were able to get in.
