With a gorgeous corner position in the oceanfront Sea Cabin Villas, this third-floor condo enjoys breathtaking views of the beach, the dunes, and the Atlantic Ocean. The perfect spot for a small family getaway, this condo includes a private balcony, community access to an outdoor pool and fishing pier, and an ideal location next to all the shops and eateries in the heart of Isle of Palms.

This beachfront complex is ideal for those interested in surfing, sunbathing, and taking long walks on the beach. Stroll down Ocean Boulevard to shop and dine in the downtown area of Isle of Palms, or catch some live music at The Windjammer nearby. Rent jet skis or paddleboards at the Isle of Palms Marina (two miles east), sit down for a meal to remember in downtown Charleston (13 miles west), or take a quick trip over to Shem Creek in Mount Pleasant (seven miles inland) to enjoy a beautiful sunset on the water.

Excellent Location!

If you want to be right on the beach in a perfect location, close to bars and restaurants, then this is the place for you! It is hands down the best unit on the property. We LOVED our stay here.

Spring vacation 2024

Overall I enjoyed our experience here. The room is good for a couple or couple with one small child. Other than that it would be tight. Room was clean and stocked with basics. They don’t have blackout curtains so bring an eye mask.

Wonderful place to stay by the ocean

The views from the 3rd floor balcony and windows are spectacular! We saw some amazing sunrises and enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with the beach just steps away. The kitchen was modern looking and fully stocked. We hope to return to this lovely vacation spot.

Best View of the beach and ocean.

We loved seeing and hearing the ocean. The stairs to 3rd floor were challenging with luggage at our age. The local restaurants were very good and friendly.

Wonderful view

The condo was clean and mostly as expected. The view from the balcony was spectacular and it was a few steps from the beach. The 42 steps up to the condo got a little old but we knew there was not an elevator. The bedroom was tight and not real comfortable. It was a nice trip

The view is spectacular! The condo was 4 star clean. But, it lacked things to make it feel like home. For example: extra blankets (only 1 supplied & it's on 1 of the beds); some basic kitchen supplies like salt & pepper, and nothing extra like coffee & tea, etc.; and games. No personal touches.

Beautiful beach escape

This unit was small but really nicely done. It had an incredible view of the beach and we watched the sunrise right from the balcony while sipping our coffee every morning! Super location within an easy walk of all the shops and restaurants .

This is our second year at the Sea Cabins. We very much enjoyed it both times and have made reservations to come back next year. The condos are a bit dated but clean and provide everything needed. The location os outstanding to the beach and the town, restaurants, etc.

Nice place but needs maintenance.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. Could use some TLC as there were several items that need maintenance. First impression when we went in was a strong musty smell but didn't notice so much after opening the window and door. Comforter and slip covers on the sofa and chair could use a good cleaning as they were stained. Now to the maintenance issues. First the mirror in the entrance was broken and missing some of the glass, the kitchen undermount sink was half falling off from the countertop and we almost got stuck in the bathroom as the handle and strike plate on the door make it very difficult to open the door. With a little bit of TLC I would recommend this to others.

Enjoyed our stay!!

The location was absolutely perfect! The room was nice. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. During our second day, the beach access code we were given did not work. It took about 30 minutes to have someone help me. The code changed overnight and we were not told. Overall, we really enjoyed sea cabins.

Almost perfect. Almost.

We've stayed at the Sea Cabins twice before and were delighted to get this unit this trip, it has the best beach view of all of them. The condo was exactly as described, nothing more or less. What kept it from being a perfect stay were the many deferred maintenance items that weren't enough to call for service, but were certainly NOT worth $250/day for 1BR/1Ba. The slider to the deck was almost impossible to open, the toilet ran noisily, continuously, there were multiple lights burned out (mainly appliances), the HVAC fan noisily, continuously, you get the idea. Vacasa service was great, check in and out was seamless, every communication was helpful and attentive to our needs. We understand it's the end of the season and the elements take a toll. And, we'd love to stay here again, but you really need to fix the door, the toilet, and the HVAC at the least. Thanks for listening.

The condo was very nicely decorated and perfect for 2 people. The balcony was awesome. We watched the sun rise and had a great view of the ocean and beach . When it was too windy just moved our chairs. Close to restaurants and bars. Very relaxing stay! We really enjoyed it!
