Great location!

I liked that it was on the 2nd floor. We didn’t have to wait on the elevator all the time-used the stairs. The location to MainStreet is great. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. The condo was nicely furnished & clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Love the location and the property was great. Though there were some minor areas of wear that a little paint touch up would take care of. It was so easy to find and access. Instructions were very clear and they were always available when there were questions and got back to us right away. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Great place to take in the gorgeous view

This is one of the hardest reviews I have done. We loved the property and location. We love Folly Beach and would rent here again. Our only issue was communication with property management regarding mold (looks like black mold) in the main bathroom ceiling. When we notified management on Sunday, we were asked if we were going to be at the property? We told them yes, so we stayed in Sunday to Monday morning. No one contacted us or stopped by. On Sunday we closed the bathroom door and did not use that bathroom the rest of our stay. Missing out on the soaker tub. We called again on Wednesday was told it was mildew and we were not at any health risk. We did ask to see the report that it was mildew but never received it. We were told that Servpro would be coming by on Thursday to take a look at the mold. The service rep told us that it was wet and had to be sent off for testing. They sprayed it with something and put a dehumidifier in the bathroom. We have rented from Vrbo many times and have been contacted before we checked in if there was anything going on at the property. We never received any notification of the mold in the bathroom at this property . Transparency and trust go hand in hand.

Needs a deep cleaning

Great view, great condo! However, upon arrival, instead Of enjoying a cocktail we cleaned put up dishes, master shower faucet/drain scum and a good sweeping throughout condo. We are Not a complaining bunch, but condo needs a deep cleaning and more care taken with weekly cleaning.

On the beach and everything needed to prepare a holiday meal. Plenty of space for an all adult family of five. Secure parking and plenty of places to walk to for dining choices. Close to Charleston for day trips.

Needs a good cleaning

This property was very dirty and we did not feel comfortable. The coffee table was fixed with duct tape and there was mold in the bathroom. I would not stay at this property again .

Can’t beat the view

Oceanfront is the only way to go. Loved the jetted tub in the main bedroom. It was also nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Wasn’t always crazy about the music from the restaurant across the street but it was a comfortable stay. Ample seating on the balcony.
