Home away from home

We love this place so much that when we stay here it feels like "home". We love the convenient location with easy access to the beach, and Kiawah Village. It is always clean and well maintained, and the amenities (like the beach chairs, the washer and dryer, and the second bathroom), make staying here a real joy and a pleasure

Amazing Getaway

Our trip to Seabrook Island was exactly what we needed! The villa was clean and had more than enough space for us. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. Each morning we would wake up and watch the deer as we ate breakfast. Then we used the private beach access right outside our door to walk by the ocean where we saw dolphins each and every day. We can’t wait to come back!

A wonderful, relaxing beach getaway

The amenities and ease of access and clear communication that we experienced were wonderful! All of our linens were fresh and clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The bed and all the seating, including the chairs on the back porch, were very comfortable! We didn't use the hide-a-bed, so I can't speak to that, though. We were able to take a short walk out the back door directly to beautiful sunsets and sounds of the ocean. Seabrook Island and the surrounding area was clean and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay!

Interior Needs Improvement

Maintenance of the interior part of condo needs attention. Internet is inconsistent, mattress needs replacing, electrical outlets in bathroom do not work, half of the lamps do not work, sink drain in master bath slow, lots of sand in washer/dryer.

This unit was very nicely decorated and the view from the deck was fantastic. I have never given a bad review but I wish someone had notified the property manager that mold was growing in the air vents....bathrooms and kitchen . Also mold was growing under the bathroom sink. She came the next day and took pictures and she offered to get a team out there to see what they could do but since our stay was so short we did not want to put up with the chemical smells which would be involved. This is not something which occurred overnight and I am surprised it has not been addressed. Hopefully everything will now be handled and the next tenants will have a better experience. It has the potential to be a terrific vacation rental.

Amazing Condo on the beach!

The condo was truly amazing, very nice and beautifully decorated! The view of the sunset over the ocean, from the balcony, was incredible! Everything I needed was there. I would definitely LOVE to stay here again in the very near future and I'd highly recommend it to anyone that loves the beach and beachfront property. It really was amazing!

Lovely condo!

The view and beach access was wonderful, the condo was comfortable and it is very convenient. My husband and I stayed there and the extra full bathroom was nice. We've been to the area several times and enjoy the quiet beach and bike rides.
