niet over naar huis schrijven!

appartment voldoet niet aan de foto's uit de advertentie, appartment is niet schoon, voordat wij er in trokken, wij hebben zelf keuken, koelkast, bestek, etc moeten schoonmaken, de vloer heeft vlekken, veel stof onder de bedden, het koffiezetapparaat ontbrak, het bubble-bad, aanwezig volgens de advertentie, is er ook niet, bedlinnen is ook niet compleet en lijkt maar neergegooid op een bed ( zo van zoek maar uit)kontakt met de eigenaar is er wel, maar loopt niet echt lekker. ik wil compensatie voor alle ongemakken die we nu al hebben, terwijl onze vakantie net begonnen is.
