Boogie Board Bungalow- Pet Friendly! Private heated pool with spa!

**A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking. Also required is a copy of driver's license to receive check in instructions. Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.**

Welcome to Boogie Board Bungalow! This is the perfect vacation getaway spot, offering ample parking, plenty of outdoor seating and it's very own PRIVATE POOL! ($100 a day to heat the pool or hot tub & requires a 24hr request notice). We do have the pool serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. Because we are right next to the dunes, inevitably you will probably see some sand at the bottom of the pool. Boogie Board Bungalow is a 3BR/2BA raised home, located just minutes from the shore. The stylish, coastal-themed getaway features tile floors and vaulted ceilings, as well as quality appliances and furniture. Close to restaurants, shops and sips, this is the perfect vacation getaway spot!

Don't forget to add a 6 seater golf cart to your booking! We are your one stop shop! It's the best way to experience the island life and enjoy fun, easy beach access!

Beach gear credit included! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

Fun little Getaway

Overall the place was great for our family. The only hiccups: Dryer doesn’t heat that well so it takes a long time to dry things. Golf Cart was set up for the wrong dates even after confirming them a few times. Luckily the Golf Cart company was super easy to work with and they changed the dates with no issues. Other then that the location was perfect - just right down the road from the beach. Pool was a little smaller than we hoped but overall we enjoyed it. Will definitely stay again!

RELAXATION AT ITS FINEST

We had a great week of relaxation especially by the pool. The ledge loungers were the best I loved them! The house was so clean and felt like our home away from home. Great location to everything.

House was super cute, kitchen had everything needed! Very clean!!! Great location! Attentive owners! The only negative is the people beside us having a party and playing loud music and yelling and drinking and staying up until very late into the night! The houses are extremely close together so you hear everything from the neighbors! Other than that, it is a great property and fun place to stay!!!

Great place!

Property was spotless, smelled fresh and was in a great location. Neighborhood was quiet and it was just a short golf cart ride to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

I hope you don’t have issues!

Although the property is nice and well maintained, we had an issue with the dishwasher and garage disposal. We attempted called to the property manager and nothing. I know it’s a weekend. But no one works on weekends. 2nd issue…the hot tub and pool are good. But in the ad it states “heated” pool and hot tub. Upon arrival we found out that it’s an additional 100.00 a day to heat the hot tub. I’m all for paying a little extra but damn 100 a day! Just a little miss leading!

Great Little Get Away

The description of this property is accurate and reflective of our experience. Great customer service from the property management! The house was clean and had all necessary amenities. The heated pool was the highlight! Location is amidst a row of little beach properties so there were many families enjoying their vacations as well. The 10pm noise curfew was respected by all neighbors. Property is within walking distance to the beach. Overall easy and enjoyable quick getaway!

Great Pool & Very Clean

Very nice, clean home stocked with all necessary supplies. The pool and hot tub were awesome and were heated to the perfect temperature. Add a bathroom on the ground level and stairs going up to the back patio and it would be even better yet! Bring beach/pool towels as those are not supplied. The house is close to town/restaurants/beach. The master bed was extremely firm. (Just a side note which isn't the fault of the homeowner, but the neighbors across the street had two very loud barking dogs that barked constantly day and night...bring ear plugs!)

Summer Family Vacay 2021

This house was just as advertised. It was very roomy and perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. The pool was a great place for the kids to unwind after spending the day fishing and playing on the beach. We will try to stay here again.

Great House

We come to Port A every year and this house didn’t disappoint. It was clean, well-kept, and we loved the private pool. It was a seamless check in process. I’ve had trouble with check-in before so it was refreshing to have the process go so smoothly! We had trouble with the pool one day, but we called management and it was taken care of immediately. The lady was super sweet and helpful. It was a great trip and a great house.

Great place for family

House was immaculately cleaned, very pretty and modern. Beds were comfy and kitchen and pantry were nicely stocked. We rented golf cart and the house was a 2 min drive to beach. We will definitely stay again. The only 2 things to mention were we brought our small dog as it is a pet friendly home- there is no grass on the property, so if you have a finicky pet like us, he still had to be walked to go potty. The other issue was the pool. The bottom and sides were incredibly rough and there were many cut feet and skinned knees. But it wouldn't prevent us from staying again, just be cautious.
