Briarwood Palms - Fabulous Lakeside Home with private pool, Briarwood, Naples

Welcome home away from home ! Beautifully decorated, exceptionally maintained three bedroom, two and half bath Lakeview Pool Home.

Located in privately gated community of Briarwood, this tastefully decorated lake view home has a split floor plan which offers pool/lanai access from the master bedroom, guest bedroom and the living room.

The home has vaulted ceilings throughout with ceiling fans, entertainment center, dining room, breakfast room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has three sliding glass doors that open up entirely to the lanai area with heated pool, outdoor dining and an area for sunbathing. In the evening, the pool is surrounded by soft landscape lights. Perfect for entertaining.

The Master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk in closet, private bath with oversized shower stall and garden soaking tub and private lavatory. This room also has a beautiful view and access to the pool/lanai/lake.

There are a further 2 well furnished bedrooms.

The house is located approximately 4 minutes walk from the Briarwood Community sports facilities; pools, tennis courts, basketball court, sportsfields and playground.

Beautiful Briarwood Palms!

Truly lovely home with a great pool and fabulous vista overlooking the pond. Hosts are very proactive ~ couldn’t be nicer! Perfect for a relaxing getaway, 10 minute drive to the town and beaches of Naples!

November in Beautiful Briarwood

We had a wonderful stay in this immaculate, comfortable, perfectly located home in Naples. Quiet neighbourhood, bikes, flippers, floaties, well kitted out kitchen. Would not hesitate in staying here again - thank you!

Family holiday

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was a beautiful home with everything we could possibly have needed. The owners were fantastic at keeping in touch and extremely prompt replying to any questions we had. We have stayed in Naples many times before and this is by far our favourite house. We can't wait to come back in the future

Memorable stay in Naples

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at your home. Anne and Marc are fantastic to deal with. Always quick to respond when questions arose. What a treat to wake up every morning and sit by the warm and sunny pool and listen to the birds. Very interesting watching all the different birds throughout the day. We were sad to leave. A fun and memorable holiday had by all.

Pretty good, basically only there for sleeping, seeing relatives most of time 30 minutes to the North, Fort Myers area. Everything pretty good, except no xfinity during entire stay? Also, second bedroom bad queen mattress!

Superb extended stay

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely property for seven weeks. The location is excellent and the outside area overlooking the lake and the wildlife is a wonderful place to relax at any time of day. Communication with the owners during our stay was quick and easy. We hope to return again in the future.

Just Perfect!

The house was just the perfect spot for our holiday getaway. The house is very clean and comfortable and the outdoor pool was our daily gathering spot. There’s great outdoor space for walking and biking and you are just a few miles from anything you need. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Christmas in Naples

Had a fun time at this well appointed property. From an accommodating host, well stocked & nicely decorated home, to a beautiful residential neighborhood; all came together to make our first visit to Naples a memorable one. While you can't bike ride or walk to the beach, location was just fine. Short car ride to beaches & most other places of interest.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern für insgesamt 10 Tage im Haus. Das Haus ist super und top ausgestattet! Es fehlt an nichts! Die Lage in der Briarwood Community ist ebenfalls top! Wir haben uns in der gesamten Zeit sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder hatten insbesondere mit dem Pool viel Spaß! Das Haus ist auch uneingeschränkt mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Es gibt ein Babybett, einen Hochstuhl und Spielsachen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stimmig und stilvoll! Die 10 Tage vergingen leider wie im Flug Wir kommen aber auf jedenfall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit im Haus!

Super Clean & Professionally Run

This house is set on the Briarwood Lake offering quiet tranquility. The owner ensures the house is pristine clean and adds little professional touches like lots of towels and pool towels, hand soap with extra available, little body wash and shampoo bottles so if you run out of your own your not scrambling. There was even extra toilet paper and paper towels! We bought our own but knew if we ran out we were covered. I’d stay again!

Everything was great. The owners have thought of everything. The home is very clean and in good condition. The neighborhood was clean and quiet which made it even more relaxing. Even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming to our family. Would stay here again on our next trip to Naples

Enjoyable Stay!

My husband and I just returned from a week at Briarwood Palms. We very much enjoyed our stay and found the house lovely and the neighborhood quiet and secure. The private pool and lanai were relaxing and the neighborhood quiet and secure. The house was very clean and well stocked. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to return one day!

We feel in love the minute we walked in! Marc and Anne were in touch for anything we needed!

Absolutely loved this home! Driving distance to anything we needed. A beautiful and quiet neighborhood! We can’t rave enough! The pool was perfect for day time and night time swims. Had everything we needed as far and more!! We will be staying here again.

Nice Outdoor Area

We chose this property because of it’s liberal cancellation policy. This is important to us because of health issues. The best part of the property was the screened in pool area. It had a large table and adequate seating. The surrounding landscaping gave a sense of privacy and the large tree provided morning shade at breakfast time. We spent most of our at home time in this area. The house was spacious and bright. The bedrooms were a nice size and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms were very convenient. My suggestions on improving the experience include some personal preferences. Provide some board games for rainy days, maintain the bikes, clean the floor of the pool area. Our feet were black after spending the day outside. These suggestions would add to the enjoyment of guests. It was a nice property all in all and we did like the quiet neighborhood and convenient location.

Great family time!

Great location, safe neighborhood, beautiful sunrises. Had a great time with family swimming in the pool,, playing basketball in community area, walking/running in area, and just hanging out. Many beaches to choose from. Fun time!
