Welcome to the Sand Dollar House......
A beautifully decorated 3 bedroom / 2 bath pool home, that sleeps 6 and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with close proximity to Siesta Key Beach and Village. You can be close to everything, yet have your own private retreat with which to relax.

This home boasts a wall-to-wall view of the beautiful outdoor patio and pool area, complete with sliding pocket doors, allowing you to enjoy indoor outdoor living on the island. Open floor plan with wood flooring in main living area and ceramic tile in bedrooms, an updated, fully-stocked kitchen and separate dining area with seating for 6, comfy living room with plenty of seating, an office space, and updated decor.

Gorgeous outdoor patio has a heated saltwater pool (heat fee required), sitting area with teak sofa, chair and table, 2 Adirondack chairs, teak dining table with umbrella and seating for 6, outdoor speakers and a gas BBQ grill.

Our guests also enjoy complimentary wireless internet, cable TV, washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, beach umbrella, 4 bicycles, pool towels and floats

We also provide hand soaps, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher pods. You will find the kitchen stocked with oils, vinegars and an array of spices for cooking, plus condiments in the fridge.

Sand Dollar House on Siesta Key

What an amazing property! Very welcoming from the minute you enter the house and see the saltwater pool in the backyard thru the sliding pocket doors…everything here is perfect and well thought out for your tranquil vacation. Less than a mile from Siesta Key Beach (think exceptionally fine, cool, white sand!!) this home does not miss a single detail in order to make your vacation incredible. A fully stocked kitchen, comfortable couches, wonderful beds and linens, bikes, beach chairs and towels, pool towels, and an outdoor oasis when the beach gets too hot….did I mention that there is a saltwater pool?! Hostess Julie was very proactive throughout the entire process and my family and I (4 of us) will definitely be staying again if Julie will allow us! I cannot recommend this property highly enough….if I could give 10+ stars I would. A MUST STAY LOCATION ON SIESTA KEY! Thank you Julie…your home is amazing!!!

Wonderful vacation; awesome house!

This is our second year in a row renting here for the week. The house is very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Julie is very attentive and has been a great host for both of our visits. My family is looking forward to staying here again. Great trip!

Amazing

This is our third or fourth stay. We really enjoy the house. Location is perfect. It is on a side street so walks are easy and it is very quiet. House is just as pictured. You have everything you could possibly need. Pool is great and heated too. Julie is a great host and communication was easy. Hope to be back next year!

Ideal Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay at Sand Dollar House. The location is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It is a short drive, bike or run to the public beach. After enjoying the white, sandy beaches of Siesta Key, we returned in the afternoons for family fun in the beautiful backyard pool. The house was extremely well stocked with spices, cooking supplies, towels, beach gear, bikes, board games etc. The owners have gone above and beyond to make this home inviting and comfortable. Also, I need to highlight Julie’s helpfulness and communication. We had a snafu with a key. Without going into details, Julie was fabulous! I highly recommend booking this property. We hope to visit again soon!

Good value

We enjoyed our stay at this property despite a couple of missing amenities (no playhouse on property as is advertised in photos was a disappointment). It was a nice home for the cost. Hard to reflect on it as a positive experience however because Julie was rude and unreasonable upon our departure, threatening to withhold deposit because of the condition in which we left the home. We were considerate and respectful and found her complaints to be completely unreasonable.

Perfect beach getaway

Julie’s property was a perfect fit for our family of 5. More than enough space, extremely clean, stocked with everything we needed, 2 minute drive to the beach. We took advantage of the well appointed kitchen and made almost all meals at the house. We appreciated the beach and pool toys. There were also several beach chairs and umbrellas. Julie was available right away to help us work through a few fluke maintenance issues. I highly recommend this property to anyone!

Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful vacation in Siesta Key! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful house with us. The location was perfect, the backyard is an Oasis, and it’s just a short drive to the beach. The house has all of the amenities needed to enjoy a day at the beach, pool, or exploring the outdoors on bikes. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

An awesome place to stay in Siesta Key

We stayed at this beautiful home for our kids' spring break. We had a super easy, no stress check in. We appreciated all the amenities that was provided. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated being able to use the spices, olive oil, and other basics for cooking. We took our own bikes, but was pleasantly surprised to find bikes available to use in the garage. The home was super clean and the beds were comfy. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

I'm a wife, mother to three boys and work as a registered school nurse. We are a very active family and enjoy traveling, hiking, skiing, boating, cycling and kayaking. We fell in love with Siesta Key many years ago and have always dreamed of owning a property here. I'm very excited to share our home with other travelers and expose them to all the area has to offer.

We absolutely fell in love with the house, the neighborhood and proximity to the beach and village. This house has enough room to accommodate our family, without feeling like it's too much. For us, the size and location are just perfect. Let's not forget about the pool and the weather in Florida, need I say more?
