Welcome to the Sand Dollar House......
A beautifully decorated 3 bedroom / 2 bath pool home, that sleeps 6 and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with close proximity to Siesta Key Beach and Village. You can be close to everything, yet have your own private retreat with which to relax.

This home boasts a wall-to-wall view of the beautiful outdoor patio and pool area, complete with sliding pocket doors, allowing you to enjoy indoor outdoor living on the island. Open floor plan with wood flooring in main living area and ceramic tile in bedrooms, an updated, fully-stocked kitchen and separate dining area with seating for 6, comfy living room with plenty of seating, an office space, and updated decor.

Master bedroom: King (sleeps 2) private bath, TV and large closet
Bedroom 2: Queen (sleeps 2), TV and large closet. Shared bath w/bedroom 3.

Gorgeous outdoor patio has a heated saltwater pool (heat fee required), sitting area with teak sofa, chair and table, 2 Adirondack chairs, teak dining table with umbrella and seating for 6, outdoor speakers and a gas BBQ grill.

Our guests also enjoy complimentary wireless internet, cable TV, washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, beach umbrella, 4 bicycles, pool towels and floats

We also provide hand soaps, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher pods. You will find the kitchen stocked with oils, vinegars and an array of spices for cooking, plus condiments in the fridge.

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Siesta key. The location was great - easy to get to the beach (tons of free parking) and easy to get off the island. The owner was super fast on all communication. Home was exactly as represented and perfect for our small family.

This is our third or fourth stay. We really enjoy the house. Location is perfect. It is on a side street so walks are easy and it is very quiet. House is just as pictured. I'm a wife, mother to three boys and work as a registered school nurse. We are a very active family and enjoy traveling, hiking, skiing, boating, cycling and kayaking. We fell in love with Siesta Key many years ago and have always dreamed of owning a property here. I'm very excited to share our home with other travelers and expose them to all the area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely fell in love with the house, the neighborhood and proximity to the beach and village. This house has enough room to accommodate our family, without feeling like it's too much. For us, the size and location are just perfect. Let's not forget about the pool and the weather in Florida, need I say more?

When you enter the house, you have a clear line of sight to the pool area/yard. The wall-to-wall sliders open up, allowing you to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. A unique office space, that allows you to enjoy the view outside while taking care of business. Location, location, location.
