In downtown Jaco Beach. Steps away from all the night life including the new Crocs resort and casino. Remodeled in January 2020. Oversized balcony. 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. Flat screen TV's in all rooms. Brand new appliances. Ice maker.

The nearest airport is Juan Santamaría International (SJO), 85.3 km from Breakwater Point. Transportation to and from the airport is included free of charge with a stay of 4+ nights. We just need your flight info and our driver will be waiting at the only airport exit holding a sign with your name on it.

Great property

We stayed here for a week over the holidays and really loved the condo and the complex. We highly recommend this property for anyone considering a stay in Jaco.

Best location in Jaco

What a great place and a great condo! The owner was very helpful, the Condo Manager and his entire staff were superb. The location is at the quiet end of Jaco Beach but a short walk into town. The facilities, pool, etc we’re excellent and well cared for. Looking forward to going back there next year.
