Both the living room and master bedroom open to the balcony with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. Take a swim in the Atlantic Ocean or in one of the two community pools.

This condo is located less than a block from Center Street and an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars. Find a handful of restaurants offering delicious dining options such as Taco Boy, The Crab Shack, Rita's Seaside Grille, or Loggerhead's Beach Grill. Folly Beach County Park, located less than two miles at the west end of the island, offers a wide expanse of sandy beach, outdoor showers, restrooms, a picnic area, and a seasonal snack bar. A great location attraction you must visit is the nearby Folly Beach Fishing Pier, which is not only for fishing, but it also offers a convenient, full-service restaurant with views of the ocean.

Amazing condo with a beautiful oceanfront view of the pier.

The condo was very well designed with each bedroom having direct access to a bathroom. The master has a large jacuzzi tub and a door leading out to the large balcony. The homes sq footage is large enough to accommodate a larger family of 6-8 adults comfortably. Great location with multiple restaurants within walking distance. It was clean and well stocked with basic kitchen items. We will definitely return.

Great condo but Property Management firm didn't disclose beach restoration.

This is a very nice and clean property. However, Folly Beach is undergoing a restoration/replenishment process. Unfortunately for us, it was right in front of the "beach-front" property when we were there. The trucks are running 24/7 spreading "sludge/sand" around. Very noisy and no access to the beach. If we were informed, prior to our trip, we would not have stayed here. I'm not happy to post this and have never posted a poor review. Let's hope this project has moved on down the beach for the other guests staying here.

Great location!

Roomy condo with a fabulous view

We loved our stay at this condo. Our family of 5 adults had plenty of room with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The best part is the location of this condo, it's right on the beach. The large balcony has plenty of seating for all to enjoy the sites and sounds of the waves. Easy access to the beach and just a block away from restaurants and shops.

Folly Beach Flop

The unit was old, dingy, and dusty. When we arrived and opened the door we were hit with the overwhelming aroma of bleach, so strong that it was burning our throats. They even sprayed the inside of the refrigerator with bleach. The floor was so sticky your shoes stuck to it. There was no hand soap or Kleenex. Broken smoke alarms with the wires hanging out, broken slider door lock with piece of wood being used to secure it, open duct holes with no coverings, etc. The unit needs a major overhaul! The location, people and restaurants were wonderful!

The unite was very nice and well stocked with towels and bedding. The only thing we found that needs attention was the air ducts need to be cleaned some had mold on them and the one in master bed room was not working. But over all a very nice stay will most definably use you again.

Great location, lovely views. Has all the basic needs for a pleasant stay. Easy check in with codes. A few things could be improved upon (cleaning, lighting, one mattress), as I have reported to Vacasa.

Location

Perfect location for the ending of our family vacation. We spent a few days enjoying Charleston after a cruise and the condo was the perfect location to enjoy the beach and downtown. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a nice layout without without feeling crowded.

Great view but a little dated

Needs work

We have stayed at dozens of these condos. This one needs work. Two of the three bathrooms had mold, the vents had black soot under them, two of the three drains were plugged up and the kitchen needs updating and stocking. The other thing that made it difficult was the fact that Vacasa only gave us one key fob for the pool and gates. We had three couples and this made it difficult to come and go at the pool and ocean. Otherwise the location of this condi is excellent

Had a very enjoyable stay of 4 nights over Thanksgiving holiday. Unit was very accommodating for my family. Easy walking to the beach and Folly Beach restaurants. Easy drive to either downtown Charleston or North Charleston. Highly recommend.

Check in time

It should be stated that no matter what you can not even get in 10 minutes early. I had requested an early check in and no one ever responded so the locks are digital and will not even let you in 5-10 minutes early. We had to stand on the balcony with our belongings for 10 minutes because of this. I felt that was a little unnecessary as when I called they stated there was nothing they could do even though I had requested it.

Rental unit acceptable, VACASA's service unacceptable

The property was what was expected of a beach rental with normal wear and tear and conditions found in most beach rental properties. What was extremely disappointing was the non-response from VACASA's 24 hour text line when we texted about the building's fire alarm going off at 11pm and continued to sound until after 12:30am. We understood they could not prevent or stop the alarm, however, they could have contacted the property manager and provided some sort of information/response to the three texts we sent. We did not receive a reply until 9am the next morning (after we had checked out of the unit). Not impressed with VACASA's customer service.
