Excellent Location
Nice apartment, helpful host, perfect location in Seville. Walking distance to everything in the city. The underground parking space was a big plus, having a washing machine in the property was great. We would recommend this apartment, and we would rent here again, if back in Seville.

Great location, wonderful communication! We were very comfortable with 3 of us sleeping in the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and we used the washer just fine. The patio was especially lovely with the music school next door! There are a lot of doors with locks & keys which makes the apartment very secure but a little tedious getting in and out.

Fantastic place! In a perfect location. Very safe and secure. Very powerful air conditioning which was much needed because it was so hot. cafe Orfeo next door is so good. Would definitely recommend this place

Location was ideal. Parking definitely a plus. Not their fault washing machine broken. A laundromat card was greatly appreciated. Only issues were bathroom door unable to open all the way, could use blackout curtains in the bedroom ( light from courtyard bright) and some more info on the area would be useful. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Walking distance to all major attractions in Seville. Comes with parking, but the drive to the parking garage was stressful due to narrow & one way streets. There is a music academy around the corner; lovely to hear. Easy to communicate with host. Only recommendation we have is fluffier towels!

Convenient location
The property was found as described. The location was perfect for touring Seville by foot. It has 1 nice Corte Ingles store with supermarket and another nice size supermarket, both 1 block away. Plenty of coffee/lunch/tapas/dinner estaishments within a few minutes walk. Close to the mayor attractions. The washer and undergrownd parking were pluses the we were looking for. Apt has everything needed if you want to rest, cook up something and relax. Plenty of hot water and the bed is comfortable. Would recommend for a Seville stay.

Excellent place to stay.
The host was extremely nice and cooperative in every way. She accommodated us for parking earlier than anticipated. Though a bit small in size, the place is very clean and perfect for our party of three persons. Also worth mentioning is the fact that once you park your car, you do not need it anymore as absolutely everything is well within walking distance from the apartment. You need to WALK Seville to appreciate its many features: tiny streets and boutiques, great historic places like the Cathedral, the Alcazar & Giralda Bell Tower, the central market with its numerous stores of all kinds and sizes. In sum, a great thank you to out host, Angustias who was tremendous. Muchas gracias por todo.
