Traumhafter Jahreswechsel
Wir haben uns alle vom ersten Moment in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Martine ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das riesengroße, komplett eingezäunte Grundstück war ideal für unsere beiden Vierbeiner, die den Aufenthalt ebenfalls sehr genossen haben. Vor allem hat dort wirklich niemand geknallt, was für unsere Hunde ein echter Segen war.Man kann das Haus von Martine absolut empfehlen und wir haben sofort für den nächsten Jahreswechsel ein anderes Haus von Martine im Nachbarort gebucht, da dieses Haus leider schon vergeben war.Vielen Dank von Annett und Dirk

Sehr ruhige Lage. Strandnähe, kein direkter Blick aufs Meer. Im Umkreis viele interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wegen Aufenthalt im Oktober sehr wenig Urlauber. Gut erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - aber nicht direkt vor Ort.

Schöne Zeit im Kohlmeisen am Stramd
Nach unkomplizierten Check in verbrachten wir sehr schöne 7 Tage in dem günstig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Besitzerin/Verwalterin Martine war immer ansprechbar. Sie hat immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Wir haben bei der überaus netten und freundlichen Gastgeberin Martine in diesem voll ausgestatteten Haus zum wiederholten Mal einen tollen Urlaub genossen. Der große, eingezäunte Garten war nicht nur für die Hunde perfekt. Entspannung pur bei tollen Komfort. Wir waren ganz bestimmt icht zum letzten Mal hier !

Zum wohlfühlen
Super schöner grosser Garten, alles eingezäumt super mit unseren Hunden, bei der Ankunft war das Liegekissen und der Wassernapf für den Hund schon aufgestellt. Im Haus ist alles was man so braucht alles hübsch eingerichtet. 6 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand, an vielen Tagen sieht man bis Jersey, tolle Restaurant in der näheren Umgebung, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Ein schönes, sauberes Haus mit allem drin was man braucht, ein tolles und gepflegtes Grundstück und eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns sehr warmherzig empfangen hat: Danke Martine! Wenn‘s zeitlich klappt kommen wir im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder!!!

Vacances parfaites avec nos chiens!
L’hôte est plus qu’accueillante. L’arrivée est très bien organisée, la maison dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer d’excellentes vacances. Nos chiens ont adoré le jardin immense et clôturé.

Sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Haus auf einem großen, komplett umzäunten Grundstück. Übergabe/Abnahme des Hauses durch die sehr freundliche Besitzerin erfolgten pünktlich und reibungslos. Kilometerlanger Strand in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Einkaufen ist ein Auto erforderlich.

Calme et confort
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte les mésanges, malgré la tempête ciaran qui nous a fait voir un autre visage du cotentin (le bâtiment est solide !) ! L'emplacement est calme et proche de nombreux points d'intérêt. La maison est très propre et bien équipée. Pour un séjour avec notre compagne à 4 pattes, le terrain parfaitement clos a été bien apprécié. Nous reviendrons volontiers !

Komfortabel, gut gepflegt und fußläufig zum Strand!
Wir hatgen kürzlich das Vergnügen, in einem von Martine verwalteten Ferienhaus zu übernachten, und es war eine hervorragende Erfahrung. Das Haus war komfortabel und gut gepflegt, und es bot die perfekte Kulisse für einen Familienurlaub mit einem schönen, großen und umzäunten Grundstück. Der Reservierungsprozess verlief reibungslos, und Martine war aufgeschlossen und zuvorkommend. Wir sind so zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt, dass wir bereits beschlossen haben, das Haus erneut zu buchen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie eine entspannte und komfortable Auszeit in der Nähe des Strandes suchen, der schnell erreichbar ist. Perfect quiet location close to beaches, great garden for dogs
Pictures are accurate. Very clean and comfortable, especially the seating in the living! Large garden, totally fenced in, perfect for ball games with your pooches. VERY quiet, not a sound at night, prob not more than 3 cars per day on the street in front. The house is well equipped, enough plates, bowls etc. Charming owner In other words: we shall return!

Schöner sommerurlaub mit Hund
Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in der Normandie zu dritt plus Hund! Unser Hund war über das komplett eingezäunte und sehr (!) großzügige Grundstück und seinen neuen Freund (den Rasenmäher-Roboter) hoch erfreut! Auf den hochwertigen Matrazen konnte man erholsam schlafen. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Vielen Dank an Martine für die wie immer perfekte Vorbereitung und blitzschnelle Reaktion im Falle von Rückfragen.

Der perfekte Urlaub
Das Haus ist perfekt für Hundebesitzer und Menschen, die die absolute Ruhe suchen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer sind super bequem für absolute Entspannung. Auch die Matratzen waren hervorragend. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der Empfang und die gesamte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war überaus freundlich. Auf Fragen wurde dirket reagiert. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder, da wir unser Traumurlaubsdomizil gefunden haben.

Beautiful House near a Spectacular, Uncrowded Beach
The house is just a few minutes walk from à truly wonderful beach. It was clean, very comfortable and very well equipped. Martins is to be congratulated for the living room furniture which was the most comfortable I have found in gite-dom. The atmosphere was quiet and very serene and the seafood restaurants nearby were unrivaled for those with a taste for the local shellfish. All necessary shops are just a short drive away. Martine was an ideal proprietor: never intrusive but very responsive to any needs or questions. My only complaint was that the beds didn’t work for me as I don’t do well with thermapedic mattresses. But that’s just me. For most people they will do just fine. When we return I’ll bring along a mattress pad to address that problem. One suggestion would be to have some good fans available for summer. You never needed them in Normandie in the past but climate change, alas, is coming there too. Very much recommended and we hope to return next year.

Le charme du Cotentin
Une maison très propre, très bien équipée et très bien située qui saura vous plaire. Un grand jardin entièrement clôturé idéal pour les enfants el les animaux. Un cadre magnifique entre mer et campagne qui nous a fait découvrir cette région de France que nous ne connaissions pas encore. Merci Martine pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité.

Séjour très agréable
Hôte très accueillante, même pour nos deux labradors. Le jardin est entièrement clôturé ce qui est parfait. Le logement est fidèle à l’annonce, très propre et avec une cuisine très bien équipée. La localisation est très bien avec la plage au bout de la rue, je recommande!

Amis Maniaques cette maison est faite pour vous!! . À notre arrivée la maison était immaculée. On retrouve tous les services d’un hôtel avec l’intimité d’une maison : serviettes propres dans la salle de bain, literie impeccable. La Maison est très confortable. décorée avec goût et l’électroménager est de qualité. La maison est située dans un endroit calme et proche de la plage.
