This Gorgeous East corner unit will make it easy to feel right at home in 2,375 square feet of professionally decorated space. With floor to ceiling windows that wrap around the unit, there will be no need to flip a coin for the best room of the house – every room has the best view!
The Master suite provides a luxurious king bed for you to snuggle in to as you rest up after each day's adventures on the beach or around town. The en-suite master bathroom has a large jetted tub and oversized walk-in shower, as well as a generously sized double sink vanity. The first guest suite has a cozy queen bed and adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo, while the second guest suite has two double beds and a private bathroom with another tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV and walk in closets. Additionally, a half bath and full sized washer and dryer located in the unit provide extra convenience!
The spacious open layout will allow your group cook to stay included in conversation while preparing the feast of the day in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an abundance of cabinet space. * PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property at the front desk (until 5pm) and must be purchased upon arrival. If arriving after 5pm, you can purchase the parking pass at the guard shack. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle per 10 days, anything after 10 days will be $100, and anything after 31 days will be $200. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. If you need additional parking, please click here for information on overflow parking.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
